• The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful from the time I got there until I left.
• It was not in an area where I would have felt safe walking around outdoors after dark.

“Although the reason for my stay was to escape South Florida for Hurricane Jeanne and it came straight into Orlando; the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was quite nice. Unfortunately, the storm caused the hotel to lose power so the restaurant was lacking so I couldn't really judge if it would have met my expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff very very good and the location was great.”
