• The staff was helpful. Everything you need is there.
• It is tough to get to the first time.

“The hotel is old, but everything works and is generally clean. You can get along there pretty well without a car. The price is right for the quality of the product.”

• The two persons who worked at the desk were fine, they had to move.
• Roaches on wall, filthy carpet in rooms & hall, smelly rooms, the bed was fairly comfortable.

“I would not stay there again, I think it was the worst experience I have had in booking a room. Do you go and check these out first? The carpet was in horrible shape. The suppose to be white in the rooms were greasy and yellow, I go to Orlando for chemo treatments and I felt worst having to go back to the motel than taking the treatment! ”

• The hotel was dirty. My stuff got stolen. Unhelpful staff.

“This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever seen. There were razor blades and dust behind the dresser and stains on the beds and floors. The staff was the rudest I have ever encountered. My clothes got stolen from my room and they refused a refund. I left within an hour taking a loss of my money and clothes.”

• It was filthy and disgusting, burn holes in the furniture, trash in the drawers, and front counter person was rude.

“This hotel was so bad; we went downtown the street and paid 200 to stay at the Marriott. ”

• The cockroaches came out when the lights were out, so we kept the lights on all night.

“The carpets were a mess, sticky and dirty. Sheets had been washed but uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the bed, etc.”

• I just didn't like it, I booked 1 month before for a king size room, I got two double !!!!
• It's dirty, noisy, small, smell bad, unfriendly, pool really bad.

“no way I will recommend this hotel to anyone, it's really bad, pretty expensive cause located in Orlando, but the room was really dirty, smell really bad, and was unfriendly. book for something you will have something else!!!”

• The linen appeared clean.
• The shower had slime growing in it.

“This hotel should be closed by the state. It is beyond plain filthy to the point of squalor. It stinks of mildew and no person in their right mind would tread the carpets unless wearing big boots.”
