• The grounds were beautifully maintained and the amenities were excellent.
• The rug in the living area of the villa needed replacement.

“I stayed at the resort for three nights this week. I was impressed with the location, ocean view, amenities and the professionalism demonstrated by the staff. The unit was well equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable. There were some minor signs of wear and tear which is typical for this type of property. I would highly recommend the resort to family and friends.”

• Upscale without being pretentious.
• Room didn't have a cozy rug, just bamboo hardwoods.

“We stayed at the King and Prince 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The room had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The decor was classy. The poolside area was very enjoyable to spend time in.”

• North wing needs updated and better maintained.

“We stayed at the K&P for seven nights. When we arrived we reported a list of things that needed to be done. Tub would not drain, chairs needed glued, sink would not hold water, drapes off hook, fridge would not close at bottom, 2 door knobs very loose, micro with dried food just to name a few. Other family members stayed in a newer addition and it was beautiful. Staff very friendly.”

“I apologize. I just submitted a review and forgot to fill in this area.¿ older hotel that looks its age. No help with luggage, elevator was dirty, room was adequate. Public areas are tired. Floors were sticky. Conference food was miserable. Service and amenities not in sync with cost. People with kids will probably like the pools.¿”

• There was nothing we disliked.

• The location is great, and the pools are very clean with nice landscaping.
• Their hotel restaurant was a little overpriced and the service there was not that great.

“Great location, nice people. The two pools are very clean and the grounds are nicely landscaped. Our room was very nice, better than I expected. The only thing was the service wasn't that great at the hotel restaurant, and it was a little overpriced for the quality.”
