• I really liked the staff at the desk.
• I was surprised to find that my room is for for smokers but the problem was solved later.

“It is a nice hotel in a quite area where you get access to the bus if you do not have a car. You will always feel welcome and home because of the staff who work there.”

• Local was perfect for my trip and the hotel was superior to the one I stayed at last vacation.
• Honestly have nothing to say against the hotel.

“I was expecting a room with the usual bed table chair etc. But I got more of an apartment with the kitchenette. In the future next time I am in the area I will stay there again.”

• They were working on the parking lot & I wasn't as close to the bldg. if they were not working on it.

“I really didn't have any complaints about Homestead Inn, it was enjoyable for the 1 night I stayed & would stay there in the future.”

• It was much better than I expected it to be.
• I was provided with a room where the A/C did not function at all. I had to change rooms carrying all my baggage, etc. which I thought was a hassle.

“Good hotel and excellent locations. But for the change in rooms due to the A/C not working the overall experience was good. I would like to stay next time.”

• I got a very good rate.
• The stair wells were dirty and very smelly.

“I have stayed in this hotel before in other locations and they are usually pretty good but I was disappointed in this one. A little far from attractions but mostly because they charge you for coffee even if you stay multiple nights. Thats ridiculous. Also there was no vending or ice machines that i could see. This particular one in Orlando was just dirty and smelly compared to the other I have stayed in Tampa and Jacksonville.”

• You could get anywhere you wanted in minutes.

“It was a very nice hotel. We had every thing within walking distance, or just minutes by car. The staff was always helpful, any thing you needed the would try to help to find it.”

“Amenities were great except that the microwave wasn't too powerful; TV screen small and channels were limited. Overall, it was a good place to stay on a short notice trip. And it was quiet for those who enjoy sleeping in late.”

• I had to pay an extra $20 per night to get 2 lumpy beds.

• Could not get nonsmoking room. Room stunk.

“Booked a nonsmoking room and was told on arrival they did not have it available. I was told I could pay $10 - $20 more and get one. If I wanted to do that I would have stayed at a 3 star motel and paid that to begin with. They put an ionizing machine in my room and it didn't work. Everything in the room smelled like smoke.”

• It was near to so many locations.
• No restaurant, no swimming pool, no change machine.

“It was on very good location, but it did not have restaurant, the swimming pool was outside the hotel, one of the night we did not have lights went out.”

• Maintenance is very bad and lot of noise in the bath rooms during night.

“There was a lot of noise in the bathroom which was not fixed even after lot of complaints. I don't recommend this hotel to my friends traveling with families and children.”
