• Breakfast.
• Room was outdated, phone did not work in bedroom.

“Had to be moved due to a barking dog in adjacent room; phone did not work in bedroom, cold water faucet/knob was broken in bathroom.”

• It was very clean, attractive & safe. Priced right.
• Room could have had better quality mattress & pillows.

“This was a very comfortable hotel. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that you also offered happy hour. Room service was excellent and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends. You exceeded my expectations.”

• I loved the breakfast! It was the best!

“The first night we were put next to the elevator but when we called the front desk they moved me right away. I really appreciated how quick they were willing to fix the problem & we were put in another room in about 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful. I really liked this hotel & would recommend it to all my friends.”

• Noisy in the middle of remodel. Service staff apathetic.

“Clean accommodations. Noisy with actual loud air hammer drilling adjacent to room. A complaint to service staff was futile. Finally, offered lower scale room as way to escape the noise. "Otherwise you just have to live with it for 3 more hours". Service staff was not very friendly or helpful. Despite requesting and paying for a "deluxe" suite it only met moderate standards. Restaurant staff was friendly although the food was only mediocre. Generally, I hope the entire place and its employees receive a much needed renovation!”

• The 2 room suite was great. The check in/out kiosk was helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.
• The rooms were outdated and worn looking but renovations were underway.

“We appreciated all the amenities the hotel offered. It was not geared to families with young children, any safety outlet covers, any toddler toilet seats or stools. The breakfast buffet was a great time saver and the room service was great for late night snacks. The location was great, easy access and many restaurants close by. The adjacent park was beautiful.”

• They allowed pets while remaining immaculate.
• Price.

“Overall, very nice location to visit family in Mainland. Will probably stay there again. Very family friendly. Need closer supervision of the pool area. Increase security patrols. Need more tables at breakfast. Reservations department was rude. But given the last minute nature of our trip and our relatively "high maintenance" status with three small boys and a dog. This hotel was excellent. Housekeeping is doing an incredible job.”

• Pool, sauna, cooked to order breakfast, internet access.
• Seasonal air conditioning problem. No heat as boilers were already shut down causing room to get down to 59 digress when set at 70.

• The decor and quality of the accommodations far exceeded my expectations.
• Nothing that I did not like.

“The experience was excellent in every regard. The facility was fabulous, and the staff very accommodating and service oriented. An excellent value and I will definitely stay there again when in the Orlando area.”

• Indoor pool, would rather have sun.

“This hotel is in a great location. Near all types of dining and shopping. You can also bring your pet. Great steakhouse inside hotel. Couldn't ask for a better hotel experience.”

• I appreciated the hotel staff. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and requests. They in fact went beyond the call of duty.
• I appreciated the service at the restaurant and room service. The food left much to be desired.

“The area of the hotel is undergoing construction which made it a little difficult to find at first. I found the staff very friendly. I stopped by the desk to ask a question and was given a coupon for a drink with my dinner. That was but one example of the type of attention I received there.”

• Omaha Steak restaurant in building, kiosks in lobby with free internet, extra vanity with sink in bedroom, good breakfast included.
• Daily charge for internet access in rooms, difficult to find and get to (poor signage).

“Once we found the hotel, it is a typical Embassy Suites. We were planning on checking in and then going out to dinner, but were pleasantly surprised to find an Omaha Steak restaurant right in the building! The food there was excellent, probably the best meal we had the whole time we were in Florida. The pool, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool were open late and were very clean. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and nice linens made our stay enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly, both hotel and restaurant staff, and we would definitely stay there again.”
