• The staff was rude and asked for more money.

“I would stay anywhere else. The hotel was sub standard, dirty, and the staff was far from helpful with a simple request. When requesting a room with two doubles instead of the king they told me I was booked in, they said they had a room available but it would cost more money to get it. The Hyatt I stayed in the next day accommodated all three of my requests no fees even mentioned or considered. I suppose you get what you pay for even when bargain shopping.”

• Hotel not well kept, and the staff was not helpful nor friendly.

“Had to change room 2 times in 2 days. First room had plumbing problem and I was informed to change room since there is nobody to fix it at the time (only 7 pm). Second room had a ice dispenser right outside which I did not why they gave me that room where there are many other rooms available. Staff was not friendly. Rooms are not well kept.”

• It was very clean and spacious and walking distance to tons of stuff. Great for the price!

“I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The room was big and clean. The refrigerator was ice cold. So, was the air conditioning. The TV was big and had lots of channels. I couldn't believe what a great deal this was for the price!”

• Dirty filthy carpet scary people.

“I will never stay at this hotel again. Dirty Hotel, filthy carpet. Very scary! The Hotel staff had to call the police about a fight. Noisy all night. Very scary people! Not family friendly. The Room was so dirty I would not even consider swimming in the pool.My vacation to Florida was ruined due to this awful hotel.”

• Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very friendly.
• The hotel was very old, and children stomped up and down the stairs.

“There's really nothing wrong with this motel. It's old, but the furnishings and flooring are all up to date, and the sheets, floors, and bathroom were very clean and fresh. The pillows were fluffy and new, and while the bed wasn't exactly a Sealy Posturepedic, it was pretty comfortable for a motel bed. I can see where road noise would be a problem on the I-4 side of the motel, but we were on the Wymore Road side so we didn't get much of that. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't too impressive to me, but everything was fresh, and the breakfast staff was very nice. This isn't a luxury hotel, but it's a very comfortable place to spend a few nights. I'd definitely recommend this as a good budget motel.”

• awful smell, peeling paint, cracks, small, noisy

“Obviously in a degraded area, thefts during the night. When you enter the room the smell makes you sick. Non pro persons obviously painted, patched room. Cramped room, door looked weak and as if someone broke in. Cracks on walls, old furniture. This is less then a one star hotel.”

• It was convenience to where I needed to be the next day.
• Requested a wake up call and never received it.

“The room was very neat and tidy with a slight closed up smell when we first walk into it. The bed was comfortable received a good nights sleep. Requested a wake up call and never received it. When we went to the continental breakfast they were out of waffle batter and would not be making anymore because it was almost 9:00 AM. There was another family effected by this as well. Will probably stay in this hotel again soon for its proximity to where I need to be and the room cost.”

• Clean with comfortable beds.
• A little worn down and outdated. Housekeeping was very noisy the next morning when trying to sleep in a bit.

• The breakfast was ok, employees very loud serving themselves.
• No customer service.

“My hair dryer didn't work and they told me they would bring me one the next day, it was 2pm. Not acceptable I asked them to take one out of another room they came and replaced the hair dryer, the clock in my room never worked even after replacing, just kept bleeping, couldn't set alarm, entry door very hard to open, ice machine on the third floor didn't work.”

“My stay at Quality Inn Alamonte Springs was pleasant and peaceful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the room I stayed in to be fairly clean and acceptable. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in the area for a day or two.”
