• It had everything I needed and the pillows were excellent as opposed to may hotels which have foam pillows.
• The hotel bathrooms need modernizing.

• The amenities were wonderful- pool, restaurant, business office, etc.
• My only complaint is that they didn't have a free continental breakfast and the service at the restaurant was a little slow.

“I was floored when we pulled up to the hotel. It was beautiful! Inside was even better. Their pool was great and the people were all very nice!”

• Location was fine.
• Blankets had odor, bottled water $5, carpet stained, mattress very lumpy.

“Accommodations were not comfortable at all. We arrived around 11pm and couldn't locate a vending machine to grab something to eat or drink. The only water available in our room was bottled and cost $5 each. Carpets were stained, hair on the bathroom ceiling, tub was slippery, mattress was very lumpy and we didn't sleep all night. I would expect more from a Sheraton I will never stay at this hotel again.”

• Jacuzzi and pool were clean; Hotel halls and rooms were clean.
• Room had the smell of cigarette smoke.

“The hotel was very immaculate and the staff was extremely friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick although some charges showed up on my bill from the cafe when it came time to check-out; I had not eaten at the cafe during my entire visit.”

• The pool was heated.
• They did not provide ice. They had a boil water for the weekend and did not show 4 star qualities.

• Very nice lobby/open area.
• Very loud, not conducive to sleeping.

“The hotel itself was very nice. The workout facilities are great. the hallways are loud and the sound is not well insulated from the rooms. During our stay there were several college baseball teams on our floor. They were not out of control or anything, but loud like you might expect. It was difficult to get to sleep several nights because the soon of doors and talking echoes through the doors. other than that, it is a very nice hotel located right off of route 4.”

• The beds were nice.
• They didn't have room for us the first night. The food is not very good.

• Very nice staff, location, and lobby/bar quality.
• The restaurant was closed so we had to leave to eat.

“Seemed like they had just remodeled so the halls were bare, but the staff was friendly and the bar was nice. We didn't like having to leave to eat since the restaurant was closed.”

• It had a balcony that you could go out on and smoke since it was a non-smoking hotel.
• The wife got food poisoning from the hotel food.

“The wife describes it as if it was the Titanic. She says it is beautiful but in her opinion nothing works.”

• Friendly, helpful staff and good location.
• Restaurant seemed understaffed.

“Overall, the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Rooms were decent-sized, clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, being just one block from the highway exit. Service at breakfast was slow, and it appeared they were understaffed in the restaurant. I would definitely go there again next time I am in the area.”

“I found this hotel to be one of the best I have stayed in. The staff was all friendly and helpful, and the guests were friendly as well. I can not say enough for this hotel or my experience with my granddaughter during our stay at this hotel. Although there was nothing within walking distance, driving to various places was not difficult, and easily found.”

• Beautifully decoration. Nice lobby and dining facility.
• Little league team stayed across the hall-should separate guests more.

“Overall, very nice hotel. Evening staff was friendly, however, morning check out clerk-not so happy. About a 10 minute drive to downtown. Would stay again especially for the price.”

• The hotel was new and extremely clean. Nice TVs.
• I heard through the walls. They need to do something about sound proofing.

“I thought that this was a very nice hotel. It was new and clean, and I felt comfortable there. I wish that the walls were not so thin. The air conditioning unit was also very loud compared to other hotels of this class.”

• Loved the hot-tub with the Falls! awesome very relaxing.
• Not enough dining areas, no mini place to eat or mini-bars in the room.

“Room were awesome for business! Love the flat screen, and large desk! I put my tag out on the door-knob at 1am and checked for delivery at 8:45, I woke and opened the door and the tag was still there room 307 , I think it was because of the last room? hard to see?, Hard to get a drink anywhere also. A small bar by the pool would be perfect, otherwise, nice and quiet.”
