“This hotel was exactly what I expected it to be. This is actually my second time staying at this location because it is located right off of I-4 and right in the middle of town.”

“I had to wait to check in because the one desk attendant was on the phone serving a customer, I got impatient after standing there was 20 mins listening to his phone conversation. I told my spouse I'd rather not stay here but he insisted that we go back in. The smell of the room was awful, we immediately went and bought new sheets and towels at a local Ross store. Everything in the room was old including the room telephone. The cable kept stalling because of the rain, so it was impossible to enjoy watching TV. It was just quite awful. That is what I get for paying $50 for one night, I know better now.”

“I was told there would be cabs waiting for us outside of the Citrus Bowl after Wrestle mania, and there weren't. I waited until 1:15 in the morning to get a cab in a city that I don't know with about 300 other angry people. The hotel should have had something better lined up or not told their guests, cabs would be waiting.”

“I would not stay at this hotel again if I were to visit Orlando. I would choose Holiday Inn Express instead. This Days Inn was poorly staffed (front desk staff was inexperienced, did not assist guests in a timely manner, and was understaffed), housekeeping did not replenish towels each night and did a very poor job of cleaning the room (the sink was filthy and we found live and dead roaches throughout the room), the TV got such poor reception that channels were barely visible, the outlets were worn down to the point that things that were plugged in became easily unplugged, the wireless connection in the room was very poor, the room was filthy, there was a safe in the room but you had to pay with a credit card to use it, the coffee provided in the room was disgusting. Overall, I was not pleased with this hotel at all.”

“The hotel staff are not friendly and it was impossible to speak to a manager with my concerns and dissatisfaction even though he was on the premises. The room amenities were in poor condition and some did not even work. At 8 am the cleaning staff tried to enter our room without notice, I was charged an extra surcharge of $2 upon my arrival and no receipt was offered to me due to my booking online. There was NO HOT WATER in our room and as far as I know the entire hotel, which left our family of 4 without being able to shower before our departure. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel and would NEVER return.”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The blankets and sheets were stained. They only gave us one towel for a room with 2 double beds. We had a moving truck with us and had to park it in a completely different parking lot which wasn't locked for safety. The lady at the desk seemed to not know any answers to our questions, like why doesn't the safe work. She handed me our keys to our room without even telling me which room was ours and when I asked what room we were in, she rolled her eyes grabbed the envelope from me, wrote the room # on it and threw it on the counter.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but a trucker or someone renting rooms by the hour. The room had an odor, the furniture was badly stained. The bed sheets had tiny wholes in it. The carpet was stained. The toilet ran all night when ever someone else in another room flush there toilet. It was so bad I check out to find another hotel. ”
