• More activities and more restaurants.

• Great sized room. Fairly nice kitchen.
• Very slim pickings during breakfast.

“No nonsense lobby was very clean and seemed to be very well taken care of. Terrific on-site laundry facility (although expensive). Limited selection at complimentary breakfast (no juice, cereal, milk, toast) - just bagels and coffee. Room is large. Nice recliner, sofa bed and kitchen. Bed is typical for this level. Bathroom was nice with separate dressing area/sink outside the door. No maid service (unless staying a week or more) but we didn't really even miss that. We stayed for 2 nights and found it perfect. Not sure how I would feel if I had to stay a month or more.”

• Convenient location, good facilities, convenient kitchen in room.
• Small room.

• A super staff and the hotel were really clean.
• Can't say anything bad about this place except no restaurant.

“I recommend it to my friends and family when they come to Orlando Maitland area. The staff was especially nice and that really goes along way, not matter how long you stay in a hotel.”

• The staff is excellent, courteous, helpful and easy to talk to. They all deserve a raise.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“This hotel is a very great hotel with its convenience to downtown Orlando and other areas of Maitland, Altamonte Springs. I can't say enough about this hotel. Who ever is the Manager needs a "Hats off to him/her" from me. I live local and needed the hotel for my grandson to stay for a little while. If I were a tourist and stayed here, I would not have been disappointed in the service at all. This hotel needs to be upgraded to a higher level than a 2 star hotel. Thank you.”

• Nice, clean, safe area, friendly staff, great price, quiet.
• No pool.

“This extended stay deluxe hotel was convenient, clean, nicely decorated, had the necessary appliances, friendly, helpful staff, and great quality, all for a good price. I recommend it to anyone.”

• Great for getting where I needed to be.
• Phone system did not work for 2 days.

“Overall not a bad location front desk staff on both encounters was curt, rude and overall to busy to be of any great service to me. It is a pity this was a great location and is only hampered by the staff at the desk.”

• Not very comfortable, coffee maker didn't work.
• Price, it was cheap.

• Front desk staff gave directions to local restaurants they personally liked.
• Unlighted driveway entrance was hard to find at night.

“We still can't figure out why this hotel was a one star selection. The place was busy, so we were upgraded to a suite, including a very spacious room with a kitchen (dishes included). If we had been staying more than one night, this would have been a great home base for a vacation in the area.”

• First night no heat , manager mark was very helpful and moved us to another rm.
• The hotel was fine.

“I want manager, mark to receive congratulations for a job well done in taking care of us while in Orland, this was our first trip there. We enjoyed our stay very much.”
