• Nice quiet and safe location, easily accessible to main highway and clean.
• Detergent boxes in laundry room over priced and too small & perhaps a computer in the lobby for customer use would be great.

“The front desk personnel was excellent and competent in handling check-in, check-out and providing travel directions as well as suggestions of other restaurants in the area. They are to be commended for their services.”

• Dog food and hair in random corners of everywhere.

• Clean, just what we need for the few days, not to bad a location but I would go there again.
• May be a bit to far from everything.

“It served it purpose for my family, it was clean, because we were traveling with our daughter (3yrs). It was wonderful to have a fridge and stove, my husband was most impressed with the room, he took photos just to show friends. It was great. It was probably the best vacation I have had with my family.”

• Just around the corner from my daughter who lives in Maitland.
• No maintenance on weekends. Had trouble with air conditioning unit in living area.

• Location next t o I-4.
• Not good for late check in, staff not knowledgeable.

“When I pay for a room I expect the key they make on their computer to work neither time did they work and was delayed at my late check-in trying to find help for over 45 minutes. TV I had to fix cable connection. Bed railing stick our 4-6 inches causing me to bruise and cut my leg. Maybe when I check in that is why there was someone else's blood left on carpet and not cleaned.”

• Comfortable beds with plenty of extras.
• Someone had key to room and watched TV.

“Although the Management says no one was in the room, we find it quite odd that the TV should be on a different station when we returned to the room, no once but twice, at night. Also some of our soda was missing from the refrigerator.”

• The convenience to everything was outstanding.
• Air conditioning units are right next to the bed.

“The staff was great. We had a problem with the DVD player in the room. They switched it out for a new one immediately. The staff has directions written out for many destinations in Orlando - from grocery store to major attractions.”

• I like the hotel room, with kitchenette and internet access.
• Hotel was located a bit further away than I would have liked.

“My hotel room was nice. I was scheduled for a smoking room by it, but the hotel was nice enough to switch the room for non-smoking.”

• I like the convenience of having a small kitchen in the room.
• The room often smelled of cigarette smoke.

“The facility was fine, however, the room often smelled of cigarette smoke and I had to close the bathroom door and leave the fan on. The odor was coming through the bathroom vents. I did complain to the front desk about this. That is my only complaint.”

• Breakfast not offered on the weekends and pool was closed for repairs.

“This hotel was in a great location, far enough off I-4 that it was quiet. The facilities were clean and well kept inside and out with the exception of the pool which was closed, I assume for repair. Room was in very good shape, and though I only spent one night, it was nice having a kitchen area. My only two minor complaints were 1)my room was by the elevator so I heard some extra noise through the night and 2)breakfast was not served on the weekends. IN all though, nice hotel, nice stay.”
