• Conveniently located. Free internet.
• Rooms were not cosmetically appealing. Has a mildew smell throughout.

“This hotel is in the process of getting a outdoor facelift at the moment but inside the lobby and rooms are still in need of some TLC. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. Great for a guys road trip of for the travelers that aren't planning on spending a lot of time in their room.”

• Easy access to freeway.
• Unsafe and paper thin walls.

“There is very little security. There are no security cameras except at the front desk, there is poor lighting in the parking lot (if the front is full it is the only other place to park), there was a maintenance crew that was working on something at the hotel every morning and was yelling and talking very loudly as early as 7:45 AM.”

• Five easy minutes from Orlando Convention Center.
• Late 1960s or early 1970s building and decor. A bit worn and tired looking.

“Just an ok experience. Nothing out of the ordinary but at same time, nothing to remember. (Although I believe that there is a scheduled reconstruction in the near future.)”

• Room was larger than expected and had new furniture and decor.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was clean and in the process of being renovated. Our room had new furniture and had more furniture than expected (desk with chair, additional chair and king size bed). Everything looked nice. Good, simple continental breakfast. Location was easily accessible from all major roads and highways in Orlando.”

“No sign anywhere to locate slow breakfast it took us 10 minutes to locate the hotel. The slow breakfast service, 15 minutes wait on the line to make waffle. We had good experience before. But this time, very disappointed.”

• Dirty bathroom, dirty hallways and stairways, poor breakfast.

“It was ok. I liked the free internet and the beds were comfortable. Overall it needed a good cleaning or new carpeting. The breakfast bar was below average. Staff was nice and helpful. Convenient location but not good for exploring by foot.”

• Check in went very smoothly.
• Parking lot obstacle course with mega potholes.

“LaQuinta has just acquired this property. Perhaps once they have time to refurbish it will be more attractive. Front desk solo staff person closed the desk for a forty minute break. The complimentary breakfast buffet was meager. When I asked for decaf, an overwhelmed and tired worker sighed that "he" didn't make any today. The room, although showing signs of age, was well-insulated and quiet--a definite plus.”

• The price.
• Not very clean. Not a convenient location.

“The lobby and breakfast area was clean. However, the hallways, stairwells and rooms were not. The carpets was very dirty. The ice bucket in our room had water it in from the previous guest. There was also trash in the floor. They never could get our linens straight; one day we had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and the next day we would have 3 towels and only 1 washcloth. We stayed for 8 nights and they never changed the bed linens and I'm not even sure they were changed from the previous guest. They looked dirty when we arrived. This hotel had a large amount of tractor-trailers. We counted 13 in the parking lot one night. They took up most of the parking lot and left few open spaces to park. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The staff was exceptionally helpful, the rooms were clean, the facility was nice and the continental breakfast was yummy!
• The washer and dryer left marks on my clothes.

“I thought this was a great hotel. It wasn't in a prime location, but it was near the airport and handy for just passing through. The facility was clean, the staff extremely helpful, and the continental breakfast delicious!”

• Very near the major highway.
• Very dirty and unsanitary; plumbing was faulty.

“I plan to contact Holiday Inn directly regarding my stay at this hotel. The toilet was plugged the first night we arrived and the bathroom was filthy. There was pubic hair in various places on the floor in the bathroom; and there was an area about 8 inches long of dried on feces on the side of the toilet. The carpet was dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The water in the sink only trickled out and even after the maintenance man "fixed" it, there was no improvement. The water appeared to be a rusty color and we asked for the man to come back and look at it. He did finally unplug the spout and increased the water pressure. The room near the lobby was supposed to be available for guest use of the fax,copier and computer, but when I tried to get to the computer to confirm my flight reservations, the furniture was stacked up all over the room. I had to move several chairs and tables to wedge myself in to the computer in order to be able to use it. I was charged $10.49 for the computer use. I could have done what I needed to do in half the time if I could have sat comfortably at the computer and not been working around the piled furniture! We travel a lot and will definitely hesitate to stay at a Holiday Inn in the future.”
