• It was so close to shopping.
• It is a old hotel and room was not so nice.

“Location is key to staying here and good for shopping. Also pool was nice.”

• Absolutely disgusting. Arrogant, unfriendly, uncooperative and outright thieves!
• Uncooperative staff accessed our room and stole our laptop and digital camera.

“We checked in and our room was robbed by a member of the motel crew. While I confronted them by the problem, filed a police report, they did not cooperate with us, ignored us and denied basic services to us. I will never go to a days Inn again. Shame on them. Instead of them assisting us to pursue the issue, all they did was ignoring us and treat us as if we were the criminals. In my years of traveling and staying at various motels and hotels, I never encounter such deceiving, uncaring, and outright liars. I will escalate this matter and will bring the staff to justice under court of law. I contacted all the necessary organizations, firms and bureaus. Ruined our vacation and cost is 1500.00 USD loss.”

• Excellent service, employees great, attentive and friendly.
• Floor/carpet old.

“Overall, this hotel was great and convenient. I was well pleased with service and staff. Wifi fantastic. I would recommend only one improvement involving replacement of the carpet in the rooms. I feel this hotel is good for the area and enjoyed the atmosphere.”

• None- the hotel was dirty and filthy.
• Very dirty.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. The place was dirty and filthy. T won't even walk bare feet on the hotel room. It seems the carpet was not vacuum or clean at all. The staff is so unfriendly. The reservation state that I can check in at 12 noon. The hotel receptionist was very rude about this and flatly told me to come back at 3pm to check.”

• NOTHING!
• Very INCONSIDERATE. We had a death in the family and made the sacrifice to cancel our reservation in person to no avail. We were charged.

“Bad business, we will never use Days Inn again. We had a death in the family which altered our plans at St. Augustin. We requested a credit voucher in person for 1 night stay at any other Days Inn Hotel, but the staff refused to even consider it. We requested the Manager contact us for credit arrangements, but to this date have not heard from him. I am very upset. ”

• The check -in process was friendly and fast.
• You were only able to turn right when leaving the hotel.

“This hotel was clean and friendly. There where places to eat within walking distance that were very affordable. The hotel was adequate for the traveler that had a lot of daytime activities away from the hotel.”

• Where it was located.
• It was just plain dirty and the mattress was hard as a rock.

“Days inn has always been a good hotel, but this hotel has made me rethink. it looked old unkempt the towel rack fell and the door knob to the bathroom almost came off in my hand.”

• Close to outlet malls.
• Dirty bathroom, hard to get in and out.

“The hotel was comfortable and the room appeared clean, but the bathroom (tub) was very dirty. It was really hard to access the hotel from the street going in one direction. The price was way too much for that hotel.”
