• There was a decent workout room and continental breakfast. It was a good hotel for the money.

• Nothing.
• Poor location run down rooms, dirty pool, musty odor.

“Although ocean is less than a half mile away, there is extremely limited public access and no public parking at the beach. We had to drive 5 miles to Neptune beach. The neighborhood was seedy at best. Rooms were old and run down, musty smelling, disgusting stains on furniture, toilet seat chipped and peeling. We could not bring ourselves to use the in room coffee maker. Hotel pool water was cloudy and dirty.”

• Price increased $10 from last year.

“Nice clean motel close to may port Naval station. You'll get your exercise climbing stairs if your room is on the third floor.”

• I enjoyed their continental breakfast .The girl who worked in the breakfast area was wonderful!
• We had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning door key. We were switched to room with cockroaches.

“Our room was changed as soon as we mentioned we could not open our door with our key for the 2nd time in one day. Hotel was not bad for the money but I do not expect to find cockroaches running around the room no matter what state it's located in!”

• It was convenient to our destination, air conditioner worked.
• Over priced for the quality and cleanliness.

“First thing we noticed when we got into our room was the unpleasant smell. My wife went into the bathroom and noticed the floor was rather dirty, with a bottle cap, hair, and dirt. The lamp was covered with old spider webs. The sheets and towels did appear to be clean.”

• The staff was very helpful and courteous. Excellent location and nice pool and fountain.
• Not enough towels and there was a few stains on the carpet of our room.

“Great service from the front desk. Great location. The pool and garden area is attractive. On the downside there was some stains or marks on the carpet of our room that were noticeable. That's it as far as negatives. It was definitely a good experience.”

• It was close to where we had to go. That¿s about it.
• The floor was nasty!!! A crack head looking hooker followed me and my wife as we walked from the parking lot asking for "services".

“I only booked this motel because it was very close to the military base (May port), where my wife and I were attending a naval retirement. We only stayed there one night but I would never book this place again. I am not fragile people looking for people to always cater to my every need. The room was kind of nasty! We never walked on the floor with our shoes off.”

“Room was clean and quiet. They provided a baby crib at no charge which was great. Breakfast was good. The convenience to food and beach was perfect.”

• I found nothing to dislike.

“Checked in on Wednesday afternoon and out on Friday morning. Parking space was plentiful and convenient to the room. Enjoyed my stay.”
