• Mold growing in bathroom on ceiling. Bathroom is tiny.

“That hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, the staff were great, The bed was very comfortable and located close to everything. The Ramada Limited was very poor. The bed was extremely hard. So hard that we both woke up all night long trying to get comfortable and the linens were soiled. We both had back aches the next day from the bed that caused us to curtail our plans for touring the city the next day. The bathroom was tiny with a tiny toilet. The ceiling had large amount of mold growing on it. This indicated poor management. This mold didn't grow overnight! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean comfortable room!”

• Clean room and
  friendly staff.
• Older property, older toilet.

“The room is older, sound damping is average. They have updated a lot of the older furniture and utilities, but hadn't gotten to the TV or toilet. It is a very convenient location and felt safe. The staff did an excellent job being friendly, helpful and keeping things clean.”

“At best an old Motel that has had a Ramada sign put up. A really poor hotel. Noisy, unclean room, burn marks on the covers, it was a really disappointing experience all round.”

“For a Ramada we were extremely disappointed. had a mold smell, the bathroom was smelly and the floors were filthy. They gave us a different room that was slightly better, but was still very smelly. Very disappointed with hotel. Will never go again.”

• Rude management, small unsanitary rooms, un safety.

“Stay away from this place. The rooms are horribly tiny and not maintained. They are so small, if the neighbors passed gas, you could not only hear it, but smell it as well. We found a dirty washcloth in our shower. The sidewalk had nails and cigarette butts all over.”

• It was close to the highway.
• It was dirty, the attendant at the continental breakfast bar was rude.

“The paint was dirty and cracking in the bathroom, there was no hot water, at one point, they had no water, the carpets made your feet and socks black, the workers were rude to us and had no need to be. Since we had not even spoken to them, drunks pulled their chairs right in front of our door and would not leave for several hours, later two of them were approaching my teenage daughter. We asked for a decent place to stay and ended up in the nastiest place in town.”

• No elevator.

“We had a great stay. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. Everything in our room appeared in good working order. It is an older hotel but we priced all the hotels in the area and the new hotels were double the price. We felt it was a good buy for our money. We loved how close the outlet malls were and it was only a short drive into town...”

• Breakfast included, it's easier with kids.
• Our bathroom was filthy. It makes you wonder if they changed the sheets or not.

“This hotel was listed as near to St Augustine historic district. It was very far from the historic district. It was expensive for a 2 star hotel, and wasn't cleaned properly. The toilet was dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty, the tub was either dirty or the finish was wearing off, so, that it looked dirty. The shower curtain had mold, and black grease on it. I spread towels to walk on”
