• Breakfast, polite at desk.
• Walked into room the smell.

• The office people were very nice but could not change our location!
• Everything.

“I found no good qualities in this hotel it should not have been open until repairs were finished!”

• Good location, good amenities great price!
• Front desk staff not very helpful at times.

“The hotel was apparently renovated and the location was excellent. The only problem was that there was not a registration person available at check-in, although we were early. A member of the cleaning staff knew how to help. Also, when we lost a wallet in the parking lot, we called and I got the impression that none wanted to go through the trouble of looking for our wallet where we thought we lost it. We called twice and were told they could not find it. We drove an hour back to the hotel to look ourselves and when we arrived we were told the wallet was found, right where we said it would be. I just didn't think the front desk woman followed through for us. The hotel was great though and I would definitely stay again.”

• Good location & they had a microwave & refrigerator.
• Cleanliness; dead cockroach in the room.

“Air Unit Knob was broken. Could not change the fan speed. If it was too cold then we had to just simply unplug it and plug it back in when we were hot again.”

• Maids did a good job cleaning, and the fact there was a microwave, fridge and iron.
• There were a few roaches.
