• Location.
• Friendliness, cleanliness, attractiveness, value, no closet.

“I am a commercial truck driver with the need to stay in hotels every night, so I do not have high expectations. However, this hotel disappointed me in every way possible. The night staff was less than helpful and apparently too busy to help with recommendations for barbers in the morning. The decor/cleanliness of everything was less than desirable, and I was glad to check out when I did.”

• Checking out they owe me a free room.
• Everything, quality of building, poor selection at breakfast other stuff.

“In my travel experience this was the worst hotel I ever stayed in the first room I got the door wouldn't open the wireless internet didn't work there was only donuts for the continental breakfast and they only had decaf coffee made allot of the building is in disarray holes in the ceiling missing parts of the carpet runny toilets.”

• The hotel was cheap but the staff was as useful as the parking lot.
• The staff was completely unprofessional and an automated service would have been better. Bring Lysol.

“Awful, I've stayed at some Dives before but this place takes the cake. The facility was awful, peeling wallpaper, awful smell; all rooms are considered smoking by the stench. Checking in with my sister who got her own room was like talking to the counter; the person behind the counter lost her reservation, and couldn't figure out simple billing questions. There where cigarette butts in the shower, pillows where clearly dirty and the AC let in more cold air then hot with no temperature control. Avoid at all costs.”

• Close to the interstate.
• Worst Days Inn I have stayed in.

“Even though this was rated as a 2-star, since it was a Days Inn, I had higher expectations. The room was clean, but the overall hotel was very dingy. I would not return.”

• Cheap.
• Dirty and smelly.

“This is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. The room was a non-smoking but smelled like smoke. The walls, floor, and ceiling were thin as paper. The sliding ball lock was broken off, and the key card entry didn't work half of the time. They even forgot to put a sheet on the bed! Disgusting. The continental breakfast was also stale and unpalatable. Its the cheapest one around, but not worth it.”

• The location to the football hall of fame was great.
• Scary, dirty and nobody spoke English.

“For us, it was a quick overnight stay on our way to the football hall of fame. The room was cheap, and you get what you pay for. It was dark, a little scary. Nobody working there spoke English. We checked in at 8pm and left by 8am. For me, it was good because it was cheap.”

• Close to Akron.

“There was mold in the shower/tub office was cluttered. When I need to book a room in this area next year. Dont even consider this motel please.”

• Leaving.
• Dark, dirty, deserted.

“The hotel was hard to find to begin with, and then was not well lit. It is supposedly being "remodeled," but the boarded up entrance only added to its overall creepiness. Although advertised as remodeled, the rooms were not, and were dark and dirty. I didn't want to put my foot on the floor. The bed seemed clean, though, and the bathroom was alright.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Filthy, unsecured, scary, etc.

“I can't believe first of all that this hotel was actually a day¿s inn. This was the filthiest, scariest, unsafe hotels I have ever been in. After having been on the road for over 15 hours, we didn't even stay here. This was an awful experience.”
