• Extremely reasonable rate.
• Traffic noise might be annoying to some people.

“For a budget hotel, I felt that the room was acceptable. It's not fancy, the surroundings can be a little loud (Vine seems to always have traffic), and breakfast was meager, but the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel for a budget-friendly room.”

• The staff is great.
• The hotel needs to be updated.

“We check in and the first room had a cat like smell, they moved us no problem. We stayed one night and checked out the next day. We just did not feel this was a good place to stay with our kids.”
