“I went on Priceline hoping to get the Peabody and to my surprise I got the JW Marriott. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel that I actually liked it better than the Ritz Carlton that was attached to this hotel.”

“We stayed at the JW Marriott, but the Ritz is also open to all guests. There is a great staff, we requested a fridge to be brought up to our room and they brought it up right away. Also, if you are sitting at the pool they bring your food to you, and they ask you your name and room number. We had a problem where somebody stole our name and room number and charged $111 to our room. When we realized that that had not been us, we asked someone at the front desk and they send all the receipts from the pool up to the front desk and keep them on-hand so they printed it out and realized it wasn't us and took the charge off the room. The hotel overall was great. PROS: very kid friendly, beautiful, large grounds, clean, good rooms, you can go onto the Ritz's property. CONS: food is okay, but not the best and overpriced, you have to buy the tube to go around the lazy river. FYI: Lots of kids. (but then again I was there over spring break so there were probably more kids than usual).”

“Amazing staff! Wonderful Lazy River to be enjoyed by all ages. Pricing by the poolside for snacks was average the bistro was expensive but it was a bistro so the name should give a hint that it would be expensive. Shops has amazing sales. Room with a view was wonderful really the first time I have relaxed in months. Bed was scrumptious, slept sound and really felt like we were on vacation even though we are FL residence! Love the pampering. Oh lazy river sweep me away!”

“Great place to stay. Excellent staff. Another disappointment is the pool/hot tub closes at 9PM. Not friendly to families who go to Universal/Disney and want a nice soak afterwords. But overall, had a great time, I would stay here again. Pool area is very nice - plenty of nice soft towels. Hot tubs are nice and hot - but there are no jets. Still very nice!”

“The hotel is 4-star PLUS!!! I wish I had stayed for more than one night to enjoy all of the amenities the hotel has to offer. We enjoyed the best room service meal I have ever had. Excellent furnishings and bedding, excellent soaps and lotions. The only negative is having to pay $7.00 per day to self-park my car. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (about 3 miles from I-4, not a thing within walking distance except the Ritz-Carlton), and they charge you to park in their lot.”

“ This hotel was wonderful and my husband and I enjoyed very much. One problem that priceline or hotel at check in did not mention that there is a $7.00 parking charge per day. I was not informed about this. I know that NY and CA and other city have higher hotel parking fees and most of the time I do not pay because I'm a memeber. But this should have been addressed at the beginning.”

“Even before we arrived we were given a taste of the type of service we would be enjoying during our stay when I called to get directions. The staff was so professional and friendly, this alone would merit a return visit. Add to this a beautiful hotel, awesome pool area, great food and expansive gym and we were sold. ”

“This hotel, while beautiful is in the middle of no man's land. Parking was TERRIBLE, from the layout of the parking lot to the price ($7/day or $15/day for valet). We had to park at the conference center's parking lot and had to walk quite a way to our elevator - and when we tried to valet it because we couldn't find decent parking, had to babies and luggage to carry in - they wouldn't take us because they already had to many cars they could not park. The pool looked spectacular from the pictures but we didn't get a chance to go visit. I would stay again but my husband says he will not stay there because the experience of the parking.”

“You will appreciate the quality of this hotel even before you walk in the door. This hotel is located among 500 gorgeous acres and is next to the Ritz Carlton. The activities available at the hotel for our children was truly exceptional. The staff was also wonderful and our room had the most gorgeous view of the lakes and the golf course. You could stay here and never go anywhere else because there is that much to do. If you are lucky enough to stay here over a holiday, you will see there is even more to do than the normally planned activities. We visited over Easter and they had a huge easter egg hunt, free caricatures and lots of other activities for the kids. The kids activities included the lazy river which is awesome and has beautiful fountains everywhere. The activities were very inexpensive, most were free. If you don't have kids, you will still love this hotel. There are many restaurants on the property that you will love and walking through the gardens is a getaway in itself. The golf course is exceptional and you can be pampered every way possible at the Spa. Our room was large with a king bed and armoire for the tv. We also had a pull out sofa and a chair as well as a sliding glass door. Each night you could choose turn down service as well so they will clean your room twice a day if you prefer. We appreciated the chocolates on the pillows. ”

“One of the nicest hotels in the Orlando metroplex. Georgeous gounds, beautiful exercise facilities, wonderful rooms. Very pleased with my stay there. Even with a little difficulty in the check out process, staff was attentive to my wishes, and fixed everything quickly. Highly recommend to anyone to stay there.”
