• No
  free WI-FI at $5 fee.

“The security of this hotel is great! Close to several good restaurants and a couple of good shopping places. Close to Universal Studios and not the bad a drive to Daytona. Unless staying 7+ nights. No room service to bother you. Great parking
close to delivery eats. Great value!”

• The front desk person was courteous.
• The room smelled, beds were uncomfortable, damp floors.

“I would prefer to not stay in a hotel like this one. It was not horrible by any means, but I expected it to be a little nicer considering it was in a business location. I was moved from one room to another after my AC didn't work, did not had internet access. I ended up going to a Starbucks which was about 5-8 miles away. It works for the stop and nap, but not if you need to have a place to relax during the day before or after working.”

• Huge value for price. Great pool, amazing room, quiet location.
• Nothing, very satisfied with everything.

“Very friendly, quick & efficient staff. The location is great. 5 minutes to Universal Studios, yet still in a relatively quiet area. Plenty of stores & food in the area. The saltwater pool was a very comfortable 85 degrees. I loved it! We definitely plan to stay here again.”

• Curtains would not cover the window wholly, therefore, anybody could have peeked in.

• The room.

“This was an extended stay hotel equipped with a kitchen. However, there were no pots or pans or cooking utensils to use in the kitchen. There were only three plates, cups and forks. There was also no shampoo or soap. When we called the front desk, after we just checked in at 9:30, we got a recorded message that the front desk was closed. So my husband had to go back down and was informed that they didn't have any pans or shampoo. He then managed to give us a saucepan (which my husband was able to amazingly make pancakes in!) and a few bars of soap. He did not even offer to check any of the rooms to try and find a skillet or frying pan. I would not stay here again because the whole reason we wanted to stay was for the kitchen, and since that wasn't supplied, we ended up just being cramped in a little room.”

“Check out - no one at front desk - pick up phone in lobby and call - they asked if I wanted a receipt. Nobody to monitor who came in or out of hotel. Departed hotel at 4 a.m. With no one available to make sure I got to my car safely.”

• Conveniently located, inexpensive.
• Only 1 queen size bed per room.

“Good hotel located west of the airport near the Florida mall and across the street from Wal-Mart. Definitely for business travelers and not for families (although I felt fine with my family of 4). Easy to get to, clean and inexpensive.”

• The location.
• Staff had no clue what they were doing and hotel was dirty and smelly.

“Hotel staff had clue of even how to check someone into the hotel; they actually gave us a key to an occupied room whose tenants were actually in it when we walked in. On the second attempt, they again gave us an occupied room. It took three tries to get a room. The hotel halls smelled of urine and the hotel room was grimy and smelled of old smoke. The hotel had no ice machines either.”

• Offered full kitchen and appliances.
• We were placed in a room with one bed that we had to share.

“Bed seemed smaller than the queen that it was supposed to be. I ended up staying at a friend's place in Orlando, and let my friend use the small bed by himself. I would not go back to this hotel for that reason.”

• It was dirty, nasty, and infested with bugs.

“I would recommend you not to send anyone here there were roaches, spiders. The tub was not clean the bed was hard as a rock.”

• The price.
• It was filthy and I hope to never stay there again.

“This hotel was the worst place I have stayed in. I was there for seven nights and they didn't offer to come in and refresh my room (or bring me toilet paper). I had to use the same towels, make my own bed and go to the front desk to request toilet paper. When you stay 7 or more nights, you are supposed to get a refresh of your room - but they don't do it. Not even if you request it.”

• The fridge and stove.

“The hotel room has adequate facility for family stay, but make sure you do not need assistance form the staff especially after 9 pm. There will be no one available after 9 to help. If you are lucky you will get help reluctantly from the staff during day time hours, you will know that you are bothering them though.”

• The price was right and the people were nice the studio for one person is excellent.
• The beds were hard.

“This hotel was an excellent stay for a few days it had comfort with an chair and ottoman by the bed. The kitchen had a huge refrigerator and it was most convenient to have a microwave in the room. The bed was a bit stiff but still comfortable.”

“We had a horrible stay. We had to check into two rooms because the first room we were sent to was not cleaned from the previous person. The second room we had did not have towels until the next afternoon. We had bought food but had to throw it away because of the ants. Everytime after we ate we would throw our plasitc ware away (because we did not trust the dishes provided) yet there were still ants. We stored everything (including the plastic ware in the refrig). I would not recommend going there.”
