“I was recommended by a website, so I booked a weeks stay and went there with my family and that's where my nightmare started. The rooms were not ready, then after 2 hours I was given 2 rooms that had not been cleaned. No hot water for a shower. The air conditioning was broken and the room smelt musty. The staff were very unco-operative. In the morning we found out there was no breakfast or Disney shuttle as promised. When I sent my children for a swim in the pool, we were horrified to find insect in the pool. After 2 days of hell we were forced to change to another hotel after many complaints were ignored. There was no apology or refund given and to top it all of 4 months later they charged my credit card $400. From the previous review I guess they do this to a lot of their guests. I strongly not recommend this motel.”

“The worst hotel. Do not go here. Bad sevice, rooms are cold and terrible. No brekfast or disney busses for my grandkids. To top it all, half a year later they took $200 from my credit card. Do not go here, its all scams and dirty.”
