• Friendly staff.
• No pots and pans in the kitchen.

“Staff was friendly but the biggest problem was that, there were no pots and pans in the kitchen and the hotel night staff told me he couldn't find any either.”

“Nice location. Close to the major destination areas but less hectic to go in and out of. Walmart and shopping across the street. Denny's there for a bigger breakfast than the free hotel bagel and yogurt but that was fine too. Overall - very nice, quiet. Easy access. Clean - I would go back.”

• The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff very friendly.
• It was a liitle hard to find late at night.

• It has a kitchen and a DVD player in the room.
• Breakfast did not offer tea only coffee.

“Good for business travelers. It has a kitchen as well as a dishwasher in the room. It also comes with a DVD player in each room. A limited choice of breakfast items was also provided.”

• Kitchenette, WiFi, breakfast, pool, proximity to Universal Studios & I-Drive.
• Only close grocery store was Wal-Mart.

“We were in town for a long weekend to visit Universal Studios. The Extended Stay Deluxe met our expectations - it was very clean and modern, plenty of hot water, everything was working (microwave, stove, full-size fridge, TV) and it was only a 7 minute drive to Universal Studios. There is a Wall Mart Super center across the street, with a few fast food options and some sit-down places. The pool water needed some extra filtering, but otherwise we had a great stay and would recommend it to others. We had a small room (1 queen bed and a small fold-out chair) and it suited us fine (2 adults, 1 teen). There were other families there during our stay, but also a large number of construction workers. I was a bit Leary, but simply didn't let my teen out of the room alone. We had no problems at all.”

• It only had bagels for breakfast and coffee no juice.

• Excellent location. Very Safe and easy to get in and out of.
• Room air condition was noisy when it would come on. Kept me awake.

“Nice pool area. Adequate free breakfast of bagels, coffee and yogurt. Great location-very safe, easy to get to attractions or restaurants, interstates, etc. Studio/Queen bed is large enough for 2 people, max. Kitchenette is adequate with full size fridge.”

• I like the way the room is laid out.
• There was dirty stuff on the iron.

“The room and service were pretty good. Quiet area. Several food places nearby, even some open after midnight. After hours staff spoke little English.”

• The working girls living there full time. The gum stuck to the elevator buttons.

“You get what you pay for and we were on a budget. Having a kitchen was nice although the bed is not a queen as it stated. The room was small and comfortable.”
