• The fast friendly service from the clerk(mike)at the front desk was really concerned about my stay.
• I may have picked different colors for furniture!

• Extremely clean linens. Immaculate bathroom.
• No fridge or microwave in the room. Exterior room entrances instead of from an interior hallway.

• Rooms have ugly color scheme but were still comfortable!

“The Fairfield exceeded our expectations. It was located in a convenient location & was very clean. The breakfast bar was wonderful, well stocked & maintained. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Good quality beds!
• At 5.30 pomp! My room was not ready!

“This is a nice hotel but housekeeping was a sham upon my arrival at 5.30 pm there were several guests waiting for rooms that were not cleaned or ready! After a long drive from Canada and an appointment later this was not convenient and very stressful. I went to my meeting without time to freshen up!”

• Easy to find, clean and a good free breakfast, close to restaurants for dinner.
• Outdoor corridors let in a bit of a draft, inexperienced front desk person in am.

“It was a good budget motel, clean and well kept. The key entrance system made me feel safe. It was convenient to find and close to restaurants for dinner. We appreciated the waffles and cereal, eggs, yogurt etc. Free for breakfast. The staff in the morning was a little slow checking out and I would have liked a rollaway for one of our three kids (they said they'd check for one but forgot.) I also liked that it was nonsmoking throughout. We didn't see the outdoor pool but supposedly they have one. (It was too cold for swimming so we didn't look.) There was a bit of a draft under the door from outside that might make it cold in the winter, though.”

• The help from the staff was above normal. The attendant at the morning breakfast was doing a superb job.
• We needed a roll away and it could not be provided.

“I didn't have time to use the facilities, swimming pool, etc. The Desk staff was friendly, and professional. The Lilacs in their landscaping were in bloom - and weather was good for my 2 day stay.”

• It was close to Cleveland, easy to find, good room, clean.
• There was an unpleasant odor when you first opened the door but then it didn't bother us anymore.

“It was convenient to Cleveland, easy to get to. many restaurants near by. The room was ok, nothing fancy, but was clean. The bathroom was huge. We would stay there again.”

• The room was nicer than I had expected. Very clean.
• I received 2 calls within about 5 min asking if everything was ok. One call was enough.

“I would recommend Fairfield for anyone, especially business travelers The bed was very comfortable. The entire room was very clean. One feature I normally don't see was that there were black-out curtains on the windows. That was a very nice feature.”
