• The staff was very friendly.
• No rollaway beds.

“The hotel was very nice, the only bad thing I can say is that they don't have roll away beds. I was traveling with a child and had to make a bed on the floor.”

• Most of the electric outlet plugs had bugs-ants that kept tripping the plug. The refrigerator compressor was very loud.

• Full kitchen.
• One bed, not good decor, bed was not confortable.

“This hotel is good for someone who is not looking for any frills. The full kitchen is a great offering. The room is only cleaned once a week. There was only one bed. There was no restaurant and it was in a dodgy area. The front desk staff was understaffed. It was okay. I would definitely not give it two stars. One would be good.”

• We enjoyed having a kitchen.
• Problems with getting a TV remote that all functions worked.

“Nice & convenient place to stay during our week long convention at the Orange County Convention Center. The kitchen, in room free wi-fi and hot showers were a pleasure after a long day!”

• It was cheap and clean and close to the places I was interviewing in.
• That they had no wake up service.

• Perfect location, able to walk to Universal Studios.
• The TV was very small 20" or less. Was not there to watch TV anyway!

“This hotel met my needs perfectly. The location is perfect if you will be visiting Universal Studios. The new floors in the kitchenette and bathroom look great and the rest of the room was clean.”

• No wakeup calls and no maid service.

“This hotel is more like an apartment that you can stay in short term. You have to go to the front desk to exchange your towels and only get maid service once per week (if you stay a whole week). Not a good option for a business traveler.”

• Location was good. Room was in good repair.
• Lots of noise from pipes and too few dishes and cooking utensils.

“Nice cheap place to stay for a while. Bring extra pots, pans, and dining items if you are staying for a long time. The fridge was big, one of the burners did not work. The water was plenty hot and good pressure for a shower.”

• Very close to theme parks.
• Pay for internet access.

“I loved the staffs attitude, the room in itself. It was very close to the theme parks I visited. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay for internet access when using your own laptop.”

• The kitchenette was very nice.
• There was a strange odor in the room.

“I enjoyed the room because there was a kitchenette. I was traveling with my 9 year old and elderly (80 yrs old) mother. I was able to buy food and cook rather than having to buy food for every meal. Because of this I was able to leave my mother in the hotel while going to Universal and not have to rush back to provide her with food. She also felt very comfortable. I just wish I had been allowed to choose how many beds were in the room. Because there was only one my son had to sleep on the floor.”

“Hotel was nice, great location, clean. Staff was not friendly or helpful, never have linens cause were on laundry. People was not available for help. Different from others this brand hotels that are always helpful.”

• It is very close to Universal Studios. You could walk and save the parking fee.
• Maid service was not provided. Fee for internet, that wasn't good at all.

“Other than the sorry internet, and no maid series, it was a great place. Very close to Universal Studios. We were able to ride Lynx buses and save the parking fee.”

• For a non smoking room it raked of cigarettes and the floors were sticky and the bathroom was disgusting as well.
