“This hotel was close to Sea World and Universal Studios! The room has a kitchen and living room. Overall, very nice and clean!!”

• Staff was friendly.
• The bedsheets of hotel had some hair on it. Lack of cleanliness.

• The room was very spacious.
• They had a strict limit on towels.

“This was a nice clean hotel. It had a sofa bed and recliner and the room was really large and fit our family well. It was close to Universal and perfect for families hitting the parks.”

• Sorry there is nothing that I did not like !

“My only problem was with the breakfast. If you are going to have children at your location, you should be more child friendly with breakfast. Maybe cold cereal & milk.”

• Location. Tricky to find with the street address that was given.

“Rooms are suites with a widescreen flat screen TV. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms have a lot of space in them.”

• Big room, full kitchen, sofa bed.
• Didn't have shampoo in the bathroom, no hot tub.

“We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Great location right by Universal Studios, safe area and warm pool. A hot tub would have been nice, but great overall.”

• The setup is just like being at home, the place was comfortable and pleasant to come home to after work.

• This hotel was disgusting, dirty, and our room smelled awful.

“This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms were disgusting, the continental breakfast was just stale bagels and spotty apples. The staff was rude. But hey, it was cheap!”

• The location and staff were great.
• This hotel was not anything like what I expected. Room was small, only had one bed, not very clean. Had to pay an additional charge for housekeeping.

“Buyer beware you get what you pay for. These are supposed to be deluxe suites. It is a studio with one bed and a full kitchen. Totally no-frills. I went down with my two children expecting at least two beds. The hotel does not provide any cots, I had to go to the local Wal-mart and buy a blow-up mattress for my son to sleep on, a twin size because nothing else would have fit. Otherwise his only option was a yucky old recliner. At least they gave me sheets and a blanket. 3 people max will fit in this room. If I wanted housekeeping it was an additional $3 per day. I could trade my towels and sheets in at the desk and they would give me more. The pool is terrible. The location and staff saved the experience. You are around the corner from Universal and very close to Sea World. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff was always nice, as accommodating as possible, even doing the check in for my airline.”

• Cockroach in room, no free room service.

“First time experience where you pay for room service! That may not be much of a problem I guess but finding a cockroach kills the mood. Also the blanket had holes- still overall it was ok.”

• Very close to attractions, like having the kitchen option.
• Paid for freshen up service that did not occur on 3 days, staff not friendly.

“This hotel met our needs just fine as far as accommodations were concerned. We did not spent a lot of time in the room, but like the kitchenette as a way to cook our own meals, however there was no fry pan or baking sheet so you are kind of forced to use the microwave. The room overall was comfortable, the bed was nice having a pillow top mattress, the air conditioner worked very well in the heat and humidity.”

• The rooms are so nice. Bed was comfortable. Loved the recliner! Great hotel for the most part.
• They do not offer wake-up calls and the night staff doesn't have the internet password.

“The overall stay was perfect except for the fact that they change the internet password every day and whenever they change it, if you come back after the night staff gets there, you will not be able to use the internet. I had to call the extended stay deluxe across town and they said they didn't know why they weren't able to give me the password and that they should be able to. None of the staff there could provide a valid answer as to why this is. If I pay for the internet feature, I want to be able to use it the entire time Im there, not at the convenience of the staff. They need to change this practice, no excuses!”
