• Convenience to shopping at international drive and the universal studios.
• Wireless internet didn't work at night and free shuttle to universal studio was poor.

“I didn't like the shuttle service which came to pick me up from the hotel at 9 45 instead of the 9:30 am which I didn't mind at all but charged me 10 dollars for coming 10 minutes late at the return point even after I have informed them that I will be 10 minutes late. It would be perfectly fine if there were other guests in that free shuttle but it was just my friend and I. And we called the transport company to inform them. Hotel wireless internet didn't work at night. I called the staff and they didn't do much about it. I had things to be done.”

• Room was dusty, for an allergy sufferer this is not good.

“The room needed to be dusted. My allergies have not been this bad in years due to the dust. My vacation was effectively ruined.”

“We were attending the Rock the Universe Concert with a bunch of kids, the rooms had too queen beds, and some kids slept on the couch, the other room was a king bed and a sofa sleeper which came in handy, the hotel was super close to Universal Orlando, price was reasonable, housekeepers were anxious to get in our room it seemed well before 11 am check out, but we stayed in the room until 11 AM.”

• Very clean, nice rooms, very clean for a pet friendly hotel.
• The complementary breakfast wasn't that great.

“Great hotel for the price. Very quiet and clean even though there were kids roaming a lot. It is also the best pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. I was not charged extra for my Toy Poodle. No pet odors or barking at all. The A/C was ice cold and had to be turned down to a comfortable temp. The requested fridge was in place when we arrived, just not plugged in. We had a great overnight stay and will keep this hotel in mind if ever in Orlando again. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• The bed in our room was very comfortable.
• We got to the hotel an hour early and we couldn't get a room.

“The hotel was pretty nice. The gripe I had was that we got to the hotel maybe an hour or so before their check-in time of 3:00. This was 2:00 when we got there we had to wait 2 hours before could get a room. But other than that the room was great. It was very clean and the bed comfortable.”

• King beds only in handicap rooms, shower in handicap room has no water pressure.

“The room was clean, the staff friendly. I picked a king room because it was romantic. We received a handicap room and shower had no water pressure and was a little hard to get around in to avoid hitting your legs on the bench that was in the shower.”

• It was very clean. Free wireless.
• It was very bare bones. The coffee was bad.

“Great hotel for the price. Very clean, but not fancy at all. Nice breakfast buffet. Terrible coffee.”

“This hotel is great for someone who is in town for the parks or business. It is clean, quiet and affordably priced. The gentleman at the front desk at night was great. He was able to answer any question I had and smiled the entire time. Great experience”

• Very clean.
• The maids were at the door at 9 wanting all the dirty towels. I am used to them cleaning the room and doing that also no hot water.

“The hotel was very clean and quiet. Everything was good except the fact that there was no hot water and I know it wasn't just my room cause I heard other guest at the hotel complaining. I spoke to the staff and the response was nothing more than "oh."”

• Needed more pillows, very flat.

• It was conveniently located near the theme park we were visiting.
• Once we walked in the lobby and the room there was a pungent smell like bleach. Very strong.

“We were not pleased with the hotel. The smell of bleach was overwhelming and the sheets kept coming up off the mattress all night which did not give us a good nights sleep.”

• Nice clean facility.
• All rooms on our floor were nonsmoking, however strong smoke smell in hallway.

“Clean comfortable rooms and pool was okay. No shade for pool. Breakfast was slow in keeping up with number of guests and not enough tables.”

• The staff was very friendly the hotel was very clean and quiet slept well.
• I can think of anything but maybe the pool it wasn¿t heated the water was cold.
