“We were attending the Rock the Universe Concert with a bunch of kids, the rooms had too queen beds, and some kids slept on the couch, the other room was a king bed and a sofa sleeper which came in handy, the hotel was super close to Universal Orlando, price was reasonable, housekeepers were anxious to get in our room it seemed well before 11 am check out, but we stayed in the room until 11 AM.”

• Very clean, nice rooms, very clean for a pet friendly hotel.
• The complementary breakfast wasn't that great.

“Great hotel for the price. Very quiet and clean even though there were kids roaming a lot. It is also the best pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. I was not charged extra for my Toy Poodle. No pet odors or barking at all. The A/C was ice cold and had to be turned down to a comfortable temp. The requested fridge was in place when we arrived, just not plugged in. We had a great overnight stay and will keep this hotel in mind if ever in Orlando again. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• The bed in our room was very comfortable.
• We got to the hotel an hour early and we couldn't get a room.

“The hotel was pretty nice. The gripe I had was that we got to the hotel maybe an hour or so before their check-in time of 3:00. This was 2:00 when we got there we had to wait 2 hours before could get a room. But other than that the room was great. It was very clean and the bed comfortable.”

• Location, cleanliness.
• King beds only in handicap rooms, shower in handicap room has no water pressure.

“The room was clean, the staff friendly. I picked a king room because it was romantic. We received a handicap room and shower had no water pressure and was a little hard to get around in to avoid hitting your legs on the bench that was in the shower.”

• It was very clean. Free wireless.
• It was very bare bones. The coffee was bad.

“Great hotel for the price. Very clean, but not fancy at all. Nice breakfast buffet. Terrible coffee.”

“This hotel is great for someone who is in town for the parks or business. It is clean, quiet and affordably priced. The gentleman at the front desk at night was great. He was able to answer any question I had and smiled the entire time. Great experience”

• The maids were at the door at 9 wanting all the dirty towels. I am used to them cleaning the room and doing that also no hot water.

“The hotel was very clean and quiet. Everything was good except the fact that there was no hot water and I know it wasn't just my room cause I heard other guest at the hotel complaining. I spoke to the staff and the response was nothing more than "oh."”

• Breakfast surprisingly good, directly across from universal, try to stay in rooms closest to lobby.
• Very close to highway.

• Needed more pillows, very flat.
