• The location was close to Universal Studios where if you chose to you could walk, but a shuttle service to Universal Studios was also provided.
• The virtual tour of the rooms were deceiving.

“The hotel was family friendly and I would use it again and refer it to a friend, neighbor, or coworker.”

• Good location, very clean and spacious rooms.
• Front desk staff not very friendly and not helpful with area attraction or shuttle service information.

“This is a great location if you are planning to go to Universal Studios, about as close (1/2 mile walk) as you can get without staying on the Universal property. The breakfast is OK, but gets very crowded, short on tables for number of guests.”

• The rooms were large and clean, and the beds were very comfy even at 7 months pregnant!
• The shuttle to Universal only ran 4 times per day even though it was only across the street.

“We enjoyed our 3 day stay, the rooms were clean and very large which makes it nice with families. The heated pool is great and never too crowded. Very close to Universal and restaurants. We would stay again.”

• I loved the location! Very close to Universal and many great dining choices.
• The rooms were pretty outdated, and the description of the room we booked was some what misleading.

“We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was great for what we were in town to do. I liked the breakfast in the morning it was quick and easy to take back to our room. The only thing I had a problem with was that the drink machines on all floors were out of most things and it would only take change, but the light that told you that was not on. Also I would have thought that a hotel so close to Orlando attractions would have been decorated a little nicer. Over all the stay was good and we would stay there again.”

• Number one- the fact the entire facility is non-smoking!
• Our bathroom light didn't work. I reported it the second day and it was never fixed. Had to bring a lamp in to the bathroom!

“Overall our experience was good. Not getting the bathroom light fixed was a bit of an inconvenience. The clerk at the desk took the information but must have never followed up. The cleaning people should have also noticed when they came in to the bathroom! For that, I would rate the maintenance low; however, our room was clean and suitable. We would stay there again. Traffic off Kirkland Road getting to Major can get a bit hairy at times. Must be extremely careful getting in to the right lane to turn on to the street! We liked the fact all rooms are suites as well.”

• Less than 5 minutes to universal studio, city walk, & islands of adventure.
• Had to go to another hotel to catch a shuttle to amusement parks.

“Friendly staff and clean facilities very close to universal theme parks, city walk, and wet & wild. Every room has a sleeper sofa that easily allowed for our large group to comfortably sleep together. The breakfast in the mornings was a heavy continental feast with fresh waffles.”

• Quest laundry facilities very small and expensive.
