• Staff and associated restaurant employees were more than friendly and helpful.
• Being a smoking room , it had a musty smell - needed more airing out .

“Overall, we had a great stay, but the rooms need to be equipped with the small refrigerators instead of having them rented.”

• The hotel manager was excellent.
• The front desk agent was a rude & pompous individual who has no customer service skills & is extremely unprofessional!

“We arrived at midnight to check into the hotel. Front desk was more concerned about the people on the phone than assisting us. He argued with us over the necessity for a credit card & was very short with us offering no information for the hotel or our surroundings. We got to our room, which was very old looking. I called at 2am looking for the ice machine & was advised that you had to come to the front desk. I asked for some to be brought to the room since I was in my pajamas & staff refused claiming they had no room service or security available. I got dressed & drove to the front lobby, I had to bang on the security window to get him to come out & assist me. He claimed he had no ice & asked me why I had not inquired as to where one was when we checked in. After arguing with him for 15 mins, he advised me it was in the middle of the complex. I left extremely upset & tried to find the ice machine. I pulled up to the side of the building & did not feel comfortable walking down a dark hallway at 2:30 am in the morning, especially since the property was so poorly lit. I went to the IHOP located on property to get ice. I would suggest you never use this property again.”

• Great location, great rates, and besides there is an
  IHOP attached to the hotel.
• The fact that the front door was close at night, they only had a window, maybe for safety reasons.

“Great hotel for the price, I would definitely stay here again, there were no bugs seen in the room as other claim, and very convenient to everything around Orlando. The location was quite safe, and there is an IHOP right at the parking lot of the hotel making it quite convenient to the hotel guest. Very quiet and overall great place for family, personal and business travelers. Not so romantic, but you can surely make the best of it. Enjoy.”

• Close to where we wanted to be.
• Asked about wanting to view timeshare places.

“The hotel was okay, but I did not like being asked about going to view a timeshare place after I check in. I'm not sure if she was a hotel employee or employed by someone else. She was nice but I thought it was not appropriate to have this in the front lobby. Thank you”

• The beds were clean and comfortable enough.
• The hotel staff was useless.

• The employees were very friendly and helpful.
• It wasn't as clean or new as Id like, but did appear to be in the midst of a remodel.

“On the plus side, this hotel is very conveniently located for all kinds of travelers. It is just off the interstate, a short walk from the orange county convention center and on international drive with easy access to trolleys, buses and shuttles to the area attractions. The down side to the hotel is that the rooms are dated, the vending machines didn't work, and I hop downstairs was terrible.”

• Took only minutes to get to from sea world.
• The sheets were dirty, the floor was wet, and room had smell of mildew.

“Because of the hotel, this trip to Orlando is close to the worst I have ever had. When we complained to the front desk about the room condition they were not helpful at all, being as it was at checkout. We checked in late and were tired. Kids were sleeping. We did not want to deal with changing rooms until we found one that was clean at that time of night. I would never tell anyone to stay at this hotel. In fact, I would tell them to stay away.”

• Convenient location.
• Run down and noisy.

“The days inn is conveniently located, but is a run down hotel that seemed to be filled with loud families - not conducive to traveling for business and getting a good night's sleep. Very thin walls and loud plumbing. The room was run down - light switches were inoperable and safe could not be opened by maintenance. Also, the room smelled mildew, the drawers stank, and the ac was on the loud side. The ice machine was often empty and the soda machine "stole" my dollar when I tried to get a bottle of water. I did not use the pool or the restaurant, so I cannot comment on those facilities. However, I will not go back again.”

• They let us check in three hours early, and were very friendly.
• Dead roach in corner, dirty.

“The staff at this hotel were very friendly. We were given prompt and efficient service every time that we needed them. It was just not as clean as I hoped it would be. Some of the furniture was broken and hanging off, lamps not working, and there were dust balls in the corner. Not to mention the dead roach in the corner. Overall, I would have just liked it to be much cleaner.”

• Location is second to none.
• Older Motel - could need a update or a face lift

“Even though older motel, had cleaner rooms (better than 4 star hotels I stayed in the past). Location was awesome and Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous.”

• Check in time was too late in afternoon.

“After driving most of the night, a bed is what you look for. Well, that did not happen until the afternoon. The next time I use this service, I need to make sure there is a morning check-in time is available.”

“It is close to the Orlando convention center which is was I was going. It was moderately comfortable. The wall lights did not work. The light switch for the bathroom was outside the bather door. This was inconvenient.”

• The price and convenient location.
• The only thing that I worry about with a young child is if it is clean and close to muds.

“I think overall everything was good. I didn't get a chance to use my "kids eat free" coupon for hop because it was so packed on Sunday morning when I was leaving.”

• Location was good.
• Hotel room had a musty odor. Room was old looking, carpeting dirty.

“I would never stay here again. Poor quality. Pool heater not working. Room safe not works. Odor in room carpeting crunchy. Noisy at night. Strange people walking around. Time to look around.”

• The price was right for what I need, a place to rest my head one night before my plane trip home.
• I didn't have more time to stay there.
