• The place was clean, and the bed looked ready to be slept in. It proved to be comfortable.

• The location of the hotel was convenient.
• Bad odor in room, poor breakfast, hidden fees (Resort Fee).

• Dirty, old and rundown.

“Dirty rundown old style motel feeling needs to be cleaned; ceiling in my room was falling down in multiple places hair in the vanity area that was not mine!”

• The hot water was out.

“My boyfriend and I wanted to be alone from his roommates, but there was no hot water, so we couldn't shower, so we had to go back to the house, which defeated the purpose of having a hotel room.”

• The room was large and comfortable enough for 4 adults.
• The front desk staff didn't seem interested in customers.

“Overall, we liked the hotel. It was a convenient location for easy access to the interstate, but was not located in the Universal Studios location. It was 5 miles further than we were told, so we had to fight traffic every day we went to the parks. Upon check in the front desk staff seemed more interested in the phone and other tasks than finishing with one customer before moving on to something else. It took a little too long to get checked in for that reason. The building was very clean and attractive. There were several amenities available on site. Because of the brick and concrete walls, the room was very quiet, even though our room was facing the interstate. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and would stay here again. The minor inconveniences we had were definitely out weighted buy the hotel overall. However, you might want to opt for breakfast elsewhere. The free breakfast was not palatable.”

• Clean, near attractions, cleaning staff was excellent.
• Limited breakfast, continental only.

“For the price obtained, the hotel was an above average value for comfort of rooms and facilities. However, the front desk was limited with answering with questions due to language ability. The appearance, dress etc. was professional for the personnel. Rooms were in the process of being cleaned and created an odor in the hall way. The hotel meet my expectations and I would stay again .The cleaning staff was great and recovered a lost item.”
