“The hotel was located in an excellent location. I did not feel the Swan was as clean as it should be. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, the last Priceline hotel I stayed at I received the wireless Internet at no charge, this hotel charged ten dollars a day plus the Internet service charged ten dollars which is a total of twenty dollars a day. You can just drive down the road a block at several eateries who let you use their Internet for free. I did purchase the hotel's Internet, but then I could not receive it in my room, I was very disappointed and asked for a refund from the Internet company I purchased it from. I did not like the room decor at all. My overall experience was disappointing of this hotel. Also, the maid service did not meet my expectations. I have been using Priceline for approximately five or more years. I do hope when I return to Orlando I will not be assigned this hotel, because I will always return to Priceline first, before I try something else.”

“Imperial swan (Orlando) took 20 minutes and after that I had looking for my room 15 minutes with my baggages. The service was unkind, coffee maker was too dirty. But Hilton garden (Orlando) and Home steady (Charlotte) hotel's everything were excellent.”

“I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The stay was awful. The room was dirty, smelly. There were dirty towels left behind. The sink was dirty, left with cigarette ashes. When you lay on the bed you can smell how dirty it was.”

“Nasty, dirty, rundown, strong cover-up odor, cheap bedding, broken furniture, but in a good location. Hope I never stay there again!”

“Although the room was clean in appearance - it had an odor - the beds were lumpy - the bathroom faucets were broken - both at the sink and tub - the towels were extremely.”

“Staff service was good but the overall building needs a lot of professional repairs. The room had a stag net smell. The light shined through the holes in the curtain lining in the morning. pool should be open to adults at night, especially for late arrivals.”

“You get what you pay for. Rooms are clean for the most part, but the detailed cleaning (between tiles, baseboards, nooks and crannies) is not done at this hotel. Due to poor security anyone can get in the side doors which are a major security issue. Doors to rooms are a cheaper wood that a kid could kick down (falls back on the security issue of side doors being open) so I would say there is a lack of piece of mind when it comes to security and safety. In addition their "guest relations" desk next to the registration desk is a leased space and not managed by the hotel. They offer to sell you tickets to local attractions but only seem to do so if you sign up for some tours of local resorts. I told the attendant 3 times I didn't want anything pertaining to a resort and she kept on pressing. I spoke to the front office manager of the hotel and she told me the guest relations desk is an outside resort company and never had any tickets to sell me, and only had vouchers to purchase if you went on a resort tour. I would go back to this place to save a few bucks but would stay away from the guest relations desk and ask for an internal room away from the exits as someone wanting to break in could get in and would logically target a room by the unlocked exterior doors around the property.”

“The location was great! I was placed in a room with no refrigerator and told it was because they were having plumbing problems and that was the only room available. I stayed in that room one day but it smelled like mildew, the toilet would not flush, and the tub was clogged. I asked the front desk person for another room and she questioned me a lot. She did not seem very happy to accommodate my legitimate request.”

“All in all, the hotel was great for the amount paid. My wife and I stayed there for our wedding anniversary because we were going to Wet 'N Wild and Seaworld. What I really liked was that this hotel is right off of International drive, so many of the attractions, including Wet 'N Wild, you can just walk to in about 10 minutes. The hotel was very quiet which was nice. One problem however, is that when we returned from a day at Wet 'N Wild, the hotel had had some kind of major plumbing problem and all of the water was shut off for about six hours. We requested to change rooms to the other building which had water, but the room we had been staying in was the only one with a king-sized bed. So we decided to stay. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and understanding and was just nice to chat with. She apologized profusely for the problem and the water came back on 20 minutes later. No other problems. The food is not bad for dinner (I had the Pollo Asado), and there is a breakfast buffet. All in all, a good experience.”

“The main lobby was great - there wee two pools one heated and one not - I was not told that - the walls in the room looked like a rental someone just moved out of - very dirty and made me feel like I needed to go get some paint and fix it up.”

“Great location, nice big room, easy access to everything. Poor front desk/support staff that was worth the trade for no crowds. Store in lobby closed, dine room closed, and open closed. Not rhyme or reason. Would go back in a flash but it seemed like it was closing down. Too bad.”

“Generally, it was okay. We didnt stay in the hotel very much because there was so much to see and do. However, during the last 3 nights of our stay there, the hotel was filled with spring breakers who did nothing but get drunk and get lost in the buildings and screamed the whole time, if not, they would all argue in the hallway, which was annoying on our part because we just wanted to get some sleep after a long day outside. I think my husband and I decided to get this hotel because we saw from one website that you have to be married to be able to check in to the Imperial Swan (probably to avoid the spring breakers), it was disappointing when I started seeing those kids blocking the parking lot to the extent that some people couldn't get out. It was awful. In a lighter note, it was probably just like that because it was spring break. Maybe next time, the Imperial Swan would be wise enough to have people go around and do some kind of crowd control because not everyone in the hotel appreciate getting disturbed by some drunk kids in the middle of the night especially when they have a long day ahead of them.”
