• first hotel that didn't smell like a hotel
• Make you pay for parking

“The rosen is a great hotel to stay if you don't mind paying for everything. You would have to pay to use there Gym, Parking and most other items that are considered accommodation. Other than that, it's a great hotel”

• The wonderful tropical pool setting.
• The location is right across from the Orange County Convention Center.

“This hotel should be classified as a four-star property! The room furnishings, lobby services, deli, restaurants, tropical pool setting all are resort quality. The only negative aspect of this hotel is the immediate locale being across the street from the Orange County Convention Center, very little to see outside your window. However, it is conveniently located near I-4 that makes up for the view. I would definitely approve of this hotel and was a great value for the rate we paid ”

• Pool and rooms both clean and well maintained.
• Mega expensive taxis aloud to hoard outside the doors!

“Very nice hotel well kept and well maintained, a good range of places within walking distance to eat and drink. For someone looking to make this hotel their choice for a holiday then I would not recommend it, the only one reason for this is the hotel seems to be more pushed towards business and conference side of things.... other than that a very present hotel.”

• Unsatisfactory Room for a 3 star Hotel

“This large conference oriented hotel was not up my expectations when considering I was looking for a more resort oriented hotel. The room was equivalent to a motel 6 and the huge lobby adjacent to the conference area made for a very very long walk to the parking lot. The long institutional like hallways that I had to walk down was- well institutional. ”

• Very convenient to Universal Studios.
• Could hear everything in the halls from your room.

“Very nice looking hotel. Everything was clean except the shower was not quite as clean as we would have liked but, they took care of it! It was a very pretty hotel and very well kept with great food on site!”

• Covenient location, clean rooms, nice pool and market
• Did not receive bill under door, sit-down restaurants somewhat pricey, loud guest in hallway late at night

“Definitely worth the price we paid! Much nicer than we expected. Very close to SeaWorld. Self parking is $5 per night, but garage is large and we felt very safe.”

• The service staff were outstanding both in service and personality!
• Wish room had small refrigerator.

“I was very pleased with my stay. The quality was exceptional for the price that I paid. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to the Orlando area.”

• Locations, quality of facility, and price were exceptional
• Self park garage is a long walk from the hotel lobby & rooms

• Elegant but with a nice comfortable feel
• They did not receive the payment we made

“Overall it was a nice hotel - we only stayed two nights, not much time to comment on facility. However, I would recommend this hotel to others.”
