“Awful! Worst experience ever! First of all, the noise: the hotel is right in front of an amusement park that stays open until 2 am. Meaning no sleep before that, since the noise from the machines working and people yelling every time someone jumped from the bung jump are really loudly heard from the room. Second of all, the dirt: the room was not clean when we checked in. All linens and towels were used from previous guests. The comforters were in really bad conditions, with holes and a disgusting smell of old stuff, smelling as mold. Not enough dirt? There was food under the bed! As well as used disposable cups. Not impressed? The food and the cups were not removed/cleaned at any moment while we stayed there (11 days!) I didn't clean because I wanted to see how far they would go with this kind of service. Far enough to chock anyone! I asked for clean towels and linen and they said they could only give us that the next day, when the housekeeping would clean the room. Anyone can imagine how bad it felt to have to go to sleep in used linens and no shower after a 9 hours flight. Disgusting, again. I had booked a room with 2 king size beds (it was written in my voucher), but the room they gave me had 2 single beds. Even showing my voucher they didn't do anything. They said they were fully booked. There wasn't a single day without trouble. The room was not fixed 3 times. How can a person be like this?! In 4 occasions there were no clean towels in the room when we arrived at night. Instead, there was a frightening note demanding that we gave back their towels that we were supposedly keeping to ourselves. In the only day we had the room clean and had towels, there was no water. And that's not the end. We realized that they charged twice our credit card; not only that, what they were charging was consumed days after we left the hotel! We had never been in such bad situation and don't wish it to anybody.”

“Visited Orlando on a two day middle of the week, getaway golf trip. I wanted to keep most of my travel costs down because the greens fee is high. This hotel was not only inexpensive but better than I expected. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was near most of the attractions. The room even had an iron, safe, and refrigerator. Entry into the room was from the outside. For the purposes of my trip, I would recommend to everyone and I would definitely stay there again.”

“I would recommend this to my friends who plan to go to Orlando. When we go to Orlando again we will stay at the hotel again. The breakfast was the only bad part of the whole stay. Great job on making our honeymoon very enjoyable.”
