• The location was great close to attractions and to many restaurants.
• My maid only made our beds she did not take out the trash or dirty towels. She did not replace our towels or supply's.

“This is a nice hotel for people who travel . It has all of the convince of home.”

• Having to pay for laundry services.

• The staff at the front desk was awesome!
• Faint smell of smoke in the non-smoking room when you walk in.

“Ideal for families on vacation with the size of room & small kitchenette. Close proximity to Convention Center and some nice restaurants makes it good for the business traveler as well.”

• Had a 24 hours reception and gym.
• The front desk clerk was rude and not attentive to my needs.

“For being close to all that Orlando has to offer, it was a short trip although upon arrival. I was given a room with a king bed and smoking room, they wouldnt let me switch to a 2 bed non smoking room, so I just waited for a shift change and the evening gentleman switched me in less than 30 seconds, and everything was fine. I even left a tip.”

• Entrance from the parking to the front desk is limited.

• Continental breakfast with fridge & microwave, close to dining & sea world, extra couch.
• No ice bucket.

“1st time at this Extended stay hotel. The others I have stayed at are also very good. All had fridge so I could bring my drinks & microwave for heating up food I brought or leftovers from restaurant. Good parking & locale. Within walking distance- restaurants, gift shops.”

• Good sized room and accommodations.
• Some of the people at the front desk were lazy and unhelpful. They talked on the phone instead of helping people.

“Good for business travelers. Close to me drive and the related attractions. Good sized room, nice bathroom, clean overall. TV channels limited cause of a "kid friendly" hotel. Somewhat loud in the hallways and during feeding times because of the kids. Overall very pleased with our stay.”

• Convenient access to international drive with modern restaurants and attractions w/I walking distance.
• Bath area with visible mold/grime around soap dish area smelled old room.

“I recommend this hotel to those who want a cheap stay for ease of commute to local attractions. However, be aware that it rates low in my opinion, on the cleanliness and odor areas.”

• Good location and room has almost everything needed for a multiple day stay.
• Filthy room floors.

“Fairly nice hotel with sufficient amenities that make a stay of 3 or more days pleasant. The location provides easy access to many area attractions and restaurants. The staff was pleasant, but not very quick to fix items needing attention.”
