• The staff was friendly & helpful. Kids love the pool I loved Jacuzzi.
• People cooking by pool area? Sign said no food by pool.

• Cleanliness & quiet.
• Did not have a room available for us.

“We were dissapointed when we arrived and we found out that they did not have a room available for us and we had to wait two hours until they found another hotel to put us in, we were already exausted from our fourteen hour drive and it was upsetting that we did not have a room to rest in, especially since we had 3 small children who were completally exausted too.”

• The bed was great, sachet on bed,bottled water free in room.
• Walking through hotel from checkin. Poor signage hard to see from the road.

thought the hotel was great. It was a little hard to see the name of the hotel from the road. We drove by it. Also had to walk thru the hotel to get to check in. I thought that was a little poor planning. Great stay though. Comfy bed and pillows a nice treat.”

• No vending or small store.

• Quiet setting, extremely close to Sea World, close to Universal Studios, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

“Rooms were roomy, comfortable and clean - bathroom very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to hotel and to Universal Studios. Pool looked very inviting but weather was a bit to cool for a Florida resident. Did not make it to the Easter breakfast but I'm sure the food is good as well.”

• Beds are very comfortable.
• Restaraunt leaves alot to be desired.

“Did not get king size bed. Entrance is in a strange location. Pool should be 8 feet deep. towels for the pool are lacking in quality. beds are very comfortable.”
