• It was like coming home not to a hotel.
• The building numbers didn't make sense.

“The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was well equipped and extremely clean. The location is perfect. No highway or tourist noise, you really felt at home.”

• Very cozy with a fireplace, great value.
• Nothing.

“This hotel is very charming. It feels like an apartment more than being in a hotel. There was even fireplace. The appliances are new and the layout is very suitable for extended stays, The highlight is the complimentary breakfast bar. There is a wide selection of items to satisfy any individual. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and added benefits.”

• The hotel staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy.

“The hotel was excellent. They provide an excellent breakfast. I had a kitchen in my room which was great for me since I traveled with my three children. It saved me a lot of money on dining out. I cooked in my room the whole stay at the hotel. Overall the hotel was great. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer.”

• Hotel is located near Universal Studios, room was like a studio apartment,.friendly check-in, we enjoyed this hotel and price was excellent.

“Hotel as described and located near Universal Studios. Hotel room was similar to a studio apartment with bed, sofa, and kitchen area. We were very impressed with the hotel. The room was clear and well maintained. The hotel has a pool, volleyball, and basketball areas. We would stay at this hotel again.”

• Very roomy, clean and convenient to all attractions in Orlando area.
• Can't think of anything.

“Nice size efficiency. Very clean, very friendly staff on premises. Very surprised on buffet breakfast included. Would definitely stay there again.”

• The room was very nice and everything worked.
• Check-in time was delayed by 1 1/2 hours.

“The room was NOT ready at the advertised check-in time of 4:00 PM and we did not get into our room until about 6:00 PM. We were forced to sit in the lobby and wait. Our plans for that afternoon were ruined.”

• Absolutely beautiful penthouse suite ! will definitely stay here again.
• They have problems with their keys working properly.

“If your looking for a higher end suite then this 2 story penthouse w/ loft is the one. all the amenities plus some extras . beautiful design and decor.”

• The location was very convenient to all the attraction sights I wanted to see. My family enjoyed the room, cleanliness and spacious.

“I would definetely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The food and the staff were both satisfying. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would most likely want this choice for a hotel again in the near future.”

• The fact that it had fridge and microwave.
• it was tough getting into and out of the entrance to the hotel because of heavy traffic

“Was good, they accidentally charged me another time for the room but fixed it... Parking was a little tough late at night.... Free buffet breakfast bad... Other than than very nice and enjoyable.”
