• The location was excellent. It was close to restaurants, shopping and Universal.

“I would recommend this hotel to others. Very clean, centrally located to shops, restaurants and parks. The beds were comfortable and rooms clean.”

• Friendly staff and free breakfast.
• Found large hairball under desk in room and used tissue on bathroom floor.

“Check in was a breeze. Room was nice minus a couple of housekeeping issues. Very convenient to restaurants and sea world. Great public right down the street. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Convenient breakfast in nice dining area. Would definitely recommend to others. Enjoyed our stay.”

• All of the staff was extremely friendly.
• They gave us new towels for the second day, I like to conserve water.

“I thought this hotel was great. All of the staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was good. I called to say I would be checking in later than mid-night, the woman that picked up the phone said it wouldn't be a problem. I appreciate the great service that my mom, my grandmother and I received while we stayed there.”

• The bathrooms were beautiful and had extra hooks.
• The waffles at breakfast were cold.

“Although my stay was very brief (overnight, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and was clean, well lit and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and everything was very clean.”

• Great location, awesome beds, sheets and pillows, very clean.
• I first got a room which was a smoking room, it smelled like an ashtray.

“After I changed rooms from the first one which smelled like an ashtray, everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet could use a little more selection. Overall it was great.”
