• Big rooms, microwave and fridge. Good when you travel with children. Very clean and good breakfast.
• One of the elevators was broken and people had to wait to get in the elevator, regardless of that everything was wonderful.

“The location is excellent, near International Drive, restaurants and attractions. The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, microwave and fridge, laundry rooms at the end of the halls. Overall, I won't hesitate in recommend this hotel.”

• The computer access was a plus.
• The gym and pool were small.

“This hotel has a great location. When we arrived the desk clerk told me my room was not ready (arrived at 3:20) it would be ready in 40 min. Which ended up being almost 2 hours. The first room they sent me too was filthy and had not been cleaned. So I had to wait for another room.”

• Not able to check in until 4:30 pm!

“Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel. The only downside is that you must walk/drive a distance for any food or leisure activities.”

• All rooms were suites. Excellent condition, plenty of room.
• Although two elevators were present, only one was operational.

“Would not hesitate to stay again in this chain nor would I hesitate to highly recommend to friends and relatives.”

• The hotel was conveniently located so that we never had to drive more than 15 minutes to our destinations.
• Our room did not offer a great view.

“My family was very pleased with our accommodations. We were able to stay in a suite for the price of a regular hotel room. The hot breakfast buffet was fantastic and offered a bit of a savings for our family. It was also convenient to have breakfast at the hotel because we could slip on our clothes, go downstairs and eat without having to get in the car to drive. The staff was very friendly. My son liked it so much that he was constantly asking when we were going back to the hotel. The suite offered my husband and me some privacy while our son was very comfortable on the sofa sleeper.”

• Big room.
• We were not able to get milk and had to go and buy it at night.

“We had an overall good experience. My husband had to walk to a store to get some milk for our child and it would have been better if there was somewhere in the hotel that you could buy the milk instead of leaving the hotel to get some.”

• It was conveniently located.

“It was a nice hotel; however, the staff was incompetent. When I returned from the trip, I felt insecure about the check-in/check-out process so I monitored my credit card record and sure enough I had been charged for the entire stay by the hotel!”

• Bed was comfortable, room quiet, food was good.
• Room was very small, breakfast area too small.

“The hotel was clean & maintained. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is somewhat small in the sleeping area and of course the sleeper sofa is not a queen but a very small full and in need of updating.”
