• The breakfast was wonderful -- something for everyone.
• The pull-out was not the most comfortable.

“It was an excellent hotel overall. The location was great -- a little hard to find at first -- make sure to look for the Residence Inn sign when looking for Canada Avenue.”

• Clean and friendly hotel.
• Shuttle.

“My family and I just stayed at this from June 21st-27th 2007. We thought the hotel was great! I mean they kept it very clean and the staff was very nice. And as for the beds, let me tell you- so comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for being free and all. The only complain would have to be the shuttle that they offer. The shuttle is shared with a few other hotels in the area and by the time it gets to the Fairfield it is pretty much filled, and of course everyone is pushing trying to get the last few seats. Its first comes first serves and it only has two departure in the morning and like two in the evening. My family learned to just use a taxi to get to the parks so we could avoid all that drama. It was only 5-7 dollars to get to the parks since they are so close to the Fairfield.”

• Friendly Staff, comfortable & clean rooms, location!
• Gym and the breakfast (but only small gripes!).

“I thought the location of the hotel was great. For me it was just far enough away from I-Drive to not be disturbed by traffic or a large volume of people walking around - but it was near enough, only 5/10 minute walk to I-Drive itself, to a Hugh selection of places to eat or shop! The hotel itself was excellent - the staff were really friendly and helpful at all times! The rooms were clean, and comfortable. The pillows (cushions?) were superb...I did consider stashing one away in my suitcase, but I thought better of it :o) The pool was good, albeit small, and had a spa off to the side of it (which was mega hot, but good all the same). The gym was very small, with limited equipment, but it's better than nothing! The breakfast was the only let down for me. It just provided far to much sugary foods and not enough healthy options, but this maybe just a culture thing and not to my liking, but otherwise the food was nice but it was just a personal taste. Also on site was a small shop, and an arcade room with a pool table, which was nice for those days when your just chilling out in the hotel. I would recommend!”

• Pubic hairs in the sheets the night we arrived.

“The location was fine. Room was dirty and the sheets were not changed from the last guest. Both beds had pubic hairs throughout the sheets. I asked for a room change and was denied. Instead of a room change they sent housekeeping to put fresh clean linens on the beds and after 1 hour of hassles we could finally go to sleep. ”

• The location was great. We were within walking distance of everything.
• I had a satisfactory visit.

“The location was great. We were one block off International Drive. There was a bowling alley, restaurants, shopping, and amusements, and we never needed to drive anywhere. Everyone was very nice to us and we would definitely stay there again.”
