• The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
• It is required that you use a bellboy if you need to use a cart for your luggage. I don't mind tipping, but I'd rather not if I can do it myself.

“I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. The front desk staff was very helpful room selection/location and offering a room with a refrigerator, microwave, and crib to accommodate our infant during check-in and was very knowledgeable about questions regarding the attractions and nearby locations. Our toilet clogged up the first time we used it but maintenance was there immediately (within 3 minutes) with a plunger and we did not have any more problems with it. We were not disappointed.”

• When I checked into my room it was contaminated and need to be exterminated.

• Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean.
• Parking was no where near lobby, hotel room, etc.

“Hotel staff was wonderful. The hotel was extremely nice but to get to the lobby you have to walk 40 feet to get to the lobby, elevator, and rooms. Then when you get to the floor you have to walk several feet to get to your room. There is no parking anywhere near the front. No parking expect for the very back of the hotel.”

• Liked every thing about the hotel.
• Not one negative.

“I really was impressed with this hotel, the staff were very warm + friendly, the hotel was spotless clean, the cleaners really did a good job, the man on the front desk that sells the tickets to parks was most helpful, the food in the restaurants was devious, and the takeaway pizza was also devious! I will definitely return to this hotel! Loved it, the pool area was spotless must visit 10/10.”

“Beautiful large pool and jacuzzi. Staff was never around and unable to locate to assist. The rooms were nothing special.”
