  • Location.
  • Too big. Distances between buildings and lobby was too far.

“Great location. Lots of places to eat or shop close to the hotel. The place is too big. Distances between some rooms and lobby is far. Few on site places to eat and the ones on premise are far from room and expensive. Room services prices are expensive and have a 19% service charge plus a $2 delivery. This on top of a 7% resort fee.”

  • Location.
  • The room was not up to par, and the bathroom was the worst.

“The overall location was perfect, but the room has very small beds and the bathroom was horrible. There was paint over old worn/rusted looking corners. The overall appearance of the room was not very inviting, door was very old and had to be lifted slightly to get it to open from either inside or out.”

  • Unknowledgeable staff, moldy shower, stained bed and no free Wi-Fi.

  • Close to everything.
  • Unclean.

“There is no way that this hotel should be considered a 3.5 star hotel. Extremely disappointed. Every room we went into smelled like mold and was musty. It took us 3 times going to the front desk and asking for a new room before we finally gave up.”

  • Hotel grounds are relaxing.


“Check in was fast. Hotel is spread out long walk from front desk to hotel room. Rooms look like they have been renovated recently. Newer beds and furnishings. Bathrooms ran down. Old fixtures bathtub peeling and needs resurfacing.”

  • The location, room and surroundings were outstanding.
  • The hospitality staff was lacking in their replacement of towels, soap, etc and removal of garbage.

  • Location.

“Checking in was a breeze and staff was polite but it ends there. Bathtub had its finish peeling, bed skirt had stains on them, throw rugs were obviously dirty and need to be laundered, no do not disturb signs and housekeeping kept knocking. It was a 3.5 star Wyndham, I was a little disappointed.”

  • Bed.
  • There were several buildings and to go to the lobby was another travel itself.

“We went to church in the morning and returned at 6 am. We couldn't get into our room and seem like the night staff had already checked us out. From building 9 to the lobby we drove five minutes and told the staff. She gave us another key. After drove back to building 9 the key still did not work. We drove back to the lobby. There were new staff. She was rude and said I wasn't here. She told us to go back to the room and wait for the maintenance guy. We waited several minutes then the maintenance guy came and change the battery and did something. It took him long. Finally we could got back into the room at 8 am, two hours later. That was very inconvenience. I know price line doesn't read my comments or not going to do anything about it.”

  • Staff.
  • No wireless internet. Bathtub had Caulk on it from a repair that had not been cleaned off.

  • I liked the location, the breakfast buffet and the pools
  • The room was not very clean and the outside hall ways not well kept. Our room service tray sat outside our door for 2 days before it was picked up.

“It's close to aquatica and sea world, has good food and nice pools. But I would not stay there again because ofthe condition of the room. There was a broken mini fridge outside our door that maintnence must have forgotten. There was hair in the bathroom in the tub and on the floor, and the floor of the room looked as if it had not been swept in a long time! Not what I expected with a 3 1/2 star rating.”

  • The king size mattress was very comfortable with high thread count sheets
  • No towels at the pool even though i called first and was assured the would be there

“Nice location with many dinning options within walking distance. Large pools that were open 24 hours was also a plus.Seemed to cater more to family travel but I did enjoy my stay.”

  • Starbucks coffee next to the pool.
  • Weed whacking next to pool. Dirty hallways. Overall dated look.

  • Great swimming pool and adjacent Tiki bar/restaurant.
  • Double beds instead of queen sized beds.

“This is a very nice property for the price. The rooms are adequate, but the public areas are terrific. 3 pools, jacuzzi, games and a nice Tiki Bar/Restaurant.”

“since the price was very good we tolerated the musty smell. One other irritation I had was that a Wyndham employee was in the lobby pushing participation in Wyndham vacation resorts program. I didn't like being pressured like that and felt it was inappropriate.”

  • Clean comfortable room with no outside sounds.
  • Really spread out.
