• Location.
• No refrigerator and microwave.

“ For the price, it was a excellent deal. Need carpet cleaning (not just vacuum), and hopeful a refrigerator/microwave. ”

“ When we first checked in our room, we were trying to relax and the maids were in the hallway arguing loudly in the hallway. The hotel was very run down and felt unclean. It was like an old "Motel 6". It smelled badly and on the our last night I went to brush my teeth and there was a cockroach crawling across the sink counter. ”

• The room was small and didn't have a fridge.

“We stayed in a very basic room. The TV remote didn't work, there wasn't a mini-fridge and the room was quite small.”

• Close to Convention Center (my destination).
• It was basically an upscale Motel.

“The hotel is beautiful, but the beauty is for the meeting rooms. My room was very nice, but it was definitely a Motel type structure, and I really like the secure and safe feeling of a hotel.”

• Stained shower liner, tub and bed sheets!

“Location was great, landscape was also very good, and pools were perfect. Exercise center excellent and shower facilies and lockerroom there also very good. Cleaning staff friendly, but lobby staff so-so.”

• Location.
• Was an old room, bathroom was not in best shape, not the cleanest room.

“We always hope to get the Wyndham because of the location and we have always been pleased with the rooms, the cleanliness, and the staff. The room we got this time was not as clean as usual. Also, it was an old room and the bathroom was not in the best condition. The Wyndham has always been a 3 star hotel, but this room was 2 star. Would still stay there and would recommend it as a 2 star hotel.”

• Good location.
• There appeared to be roach droppings on the sheet in first room.

“Arrived at 1:40 am. Was disappointed that a 3.5 star hotel not on the beach would have exterior corridors. First room I was given had what appeared to be roach droppings on the sheet. Hotel moved me down the hall. 2nd room had dirty bathroom floor. I did not notice until I had finished showering that room only had 3 hand towels and no bath towels available.”

• Good breakfast very clean dining room. The bathrooms were dirty.
• We checked in at 9:00 and after 2 filthy rooms, we were finally given an acceptable room at 10:45 pm.

“Hotel rooms were filthy with ceiling mold/other room had a water puddle on the area rug & floor/third room was very nice.”

• They changed our room 3 times with no trouble.
• The rooms were dirty and really needs updating.

“The rooms had cracks in the walls, the lamps were rusty, the coffee maker was in the toilet, and the cleaners never cleaned the bathroom, but we did get clean towels and the bed made.”
