• I was very impressed with the quality of the mattresses and the size of the room for the price.
• We found a bug in our drawer, and the shower could use more water pressure/better shower head.

• Very loud and noise travels right through the walls.

“Very cost friendly. You get what you pay for. The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were as clean as they could be. The bed spreads are a little rustic, but the room is overall worth the price. The ONLY problem we had with the hotel was the noise from people running up and down the walkways. Noise seems to travel right through the walls. Other than that...I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for the price.”

• Very beautiful rooms!
• Parking was bad.

“The room we had was remodeled and loved everything about it except the shower head was too low. Anyhow, other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, pillows were awesome, room was very clean and just a great room.”

• It was within walking distance of many attractions.
• It was very difficult to find our room, and carry luggage to and from it.

“Rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. Refrigerator and microwave are tiny. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel itself is huge - I got lost several times trying to find my building and my room.”

• Rooms are safe and clean. Staff is friendy. Close to Super McDonalds and attractions.
• Rooms' electronics should be checked more and mustard colored blankets are not pretty.

“We liked it. Dispite the bathroom fixture going out and the messed up TV this hotel was safe,clean, and the staff is friendly. The buffet was good but let it be known it's $10.00 per adult and there is'nt much variety but what they have is good, the kids loved it. Also later, if your up high, you can see fireworks off in the distance. It's very peaceful.”

• The whole hotel was significantly better than expected.
• The bar/restaurant is incredibly depressing and not inviting.

“When we checked in we were met by a beautiful lobby and a quick staff. It gave me more of an impression of a 3.5 star hotel. The room was located right by the pool and the building nearest to the expressway. Other reviews stated that the noise was annoying; I really never noticed it there except watching traffic at night. The pool was wonderful and the surrounding area was inviting and relaxing. The lack of a hot tub anywhere on property was very surprising. We tried the Zebra Lounge or whatever the sports bar was called. It was terrible; the bartender was quite old and ridiculously slow. The bar was under-stocked and was out of several drinks. The atmosphere was cold and uninviting and reminded me more of a low-budget chuck-e-cheese kids restaurant than a sports bar. I would recommend everyone just look past the bar and choose Houlihans next door, which had great food and good drink prices. However you can choose to get a drink from the bar and sit outside on the covered porch area at night which is quite nice and a popular place to chat. The room was clean, inviting, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The best sleep I got on the trip including at Disney was in this hotel. Add to that, the hotel is dead in the middle of everything on International drive and about a 7-10 minute drive to Downtown Disney. This was a wonderful place and I would certainly stay again.”

• It was close to restaurants.
• Cheap looking, dirty, unkept, unfriendly staff, did not clean rooms every day.

“The room was dirty, the staff was not helpful or friendly, and we asked for directions to the room and were told we have a long way to walk keep going. Guests were sitting in the hallway partying with clothes drying on a chair, drinking liquor and dancing. The hotel was a mess.”

• It wasn't clean!

“If you don't mind dirty, stained, hairy, rooms than it's a good hotel for business travel. It was to grungy. One perk though it is close to the convention center and a neat little outside mall.”

• The price and location.
• Buffet was ok and should have been included.

“Most of the hotels in the area are worn out, but the staff really made up for it and the AC worked great along having a fridge, micro wave and a coffee pot it was terrific.”

• The rooms were very comfortable and roomy.
• The other guests were noisy until about 4 o' clock in the morning and they were smoking in the non smoking section of the hotel.

“I would stay here again but without my children. There were not enough parking space by the rooms. The rooms themselves were comfortable and roomy.”

• Lots of amenities, well laid out.
• Parking can be difficult when the establishment nears capacity.

“The hotel offers shuttles to many places. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two small children and had good features; coffee maker and a good TV. with a good selection of channels. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. We will stay again.”

• The hotel is in a good location, close to Universal, Wonderworks and within walking distance of several restaurants.
• The cleanliness of the hotel is going down. Mold in shower, stains on the sheets, sheets did not stay on the bed.

We have stayed there several times over the past 3 years. BUT we noticed that the cleanliness of the hotel is going down. Mold in shower, stains on the sheets, sheets did not stay on the bed, damp carpet. Did not have these problems the first three times we stayed there.”
