“I Really recommend this hotel, It is very good priced and it is very clean. Conveniently located near several places to eat, attractions and not far away from the parks. The room had fridge, microwave and it was comfortable all the way. Staff was very helpful too.”

“The hotel was exactly what I expected. It was close to the park and provided transportation there and back as late as 2 AM. It was great for my friends and I on spring break.”

• hotel is large, buildings were confusing and I got turned around finding my room

“Overall very nice. Shuttle service, restaurant, convenience store inside. Within walking distance to restaurants, stores. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.”

• Location is convenient for our plans in Orlando.
• Not given ground floor room, wrong #of beds, no crib (all requested).

“I would like to see all the requests we make before we check in to be taken care of by the time we get to our room not after. It's also a pain to wait in the lobby with 3 kids and a dog while the staff looks for a room with 2 double beds when thats what your reservation is for. Why would hotel staff even bother to send you to a room with a king bed when they know there is 2 adults and 3 kids checking in? P.s. Have the crib in the room for the guest before they get there when they request one. 2 year olds get antsy when they can't lye down for a nap because parents are waiting on a crib.”

• Need to have designated rooms for pets on the first floors.

• Felt safe.
• I keep asking for a room close to the lobby because I have a physical handicap and there has always been a problem. I have to practically argue them.

“Good for the cost, clean enough, staff is pretty friendly. Security was seen but not often enough for me. The price and location are great for what I am looking for. Would/have come back many times.”

• I liked the location, friendly staff, and the price. Perfect for a family on a budget and that won't be spending a lot of time in their room.
• The only complaint I have is the bathroom didn't smell very clean.

“I would stay here again the location is perfect and the price economical. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and clean. Overall a good place to stay if you would rather spend your money on other things than a room you'll be sleeping in.”

• Door was open when we arrived. TV didn't work, missing hand towels.

“There was mildew on the ceiling above the bathtub which was very unpleasant. The clock did not work. There was a lot of noise outside our room late in the evening. We were generally dissatisfied with the room. We would never stay there again.”
