• The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful.
• The manager is a liar.

“Got charged a fee for smoking which was false and didn't find out until I was checking out. But they said it happened on Saturday why didn't they tell me right away so I could dispute the issue. The manager and housekeeping came to the room checked it out and said everything was fine, but they still hit me with a fee, not happy at all.”

• My kids loved it my husband was very impress, its in the middle of everything, Seaworld, Wet n wild, Food and shopping.
• Breakfast was good but could be better or atleast serve hot.

• The room was impeccably clean. Staff was exceptionally accommodating.

“Rooms are actually suites with free internet, living room/kitchenette/office area. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel area is quiet. Starbucks in lobby 24/7. Free continental breakfast offered more than other hotels. Parking was free & safe. Three miles from Universal Studios without having to use I-4. Staff was exceptionally gracious, friendly and accommodating. Overall a delightful stay.”

• The room was very nice, big TV and spacious.
• Not willing to help figure out transportation to anywhere.

“I was shocked that the hotel didn't offer a shuttle to anywhere much less thw airport. And when
I asked them the best way to get around only taxi's were offered when in fact there is a main bus route a 1/2 block in front of the motel and actually it ran all the way to the airport itself. It cost $40.00 to ride the taxi from the airport compared to $2.00 bus ride.
I was just upset how much they were unwilling to help someone from way out of state.”

• Great breakfasts and the TV/DVD hookups!
• Very slow elevator!

“Stayed 4 nights and loved it. Took the stairs most of the time since the elevator too way too long. Great breakfasts each day. Nice new rooms with fridges and small sinks.”

• Amenities, like plasma TV, free breakfast, pool although small, free I-net, free parking and location.
• Cleaning of the rooms and changing of sheets to be improved.

“This hotel is very good to use as a business traveler, or as used by us. Because we were in Orlando to visit the parks, so we were in late at night and out very early in the morning. I was traveling with my 12 tear old grand daughter and it was a bit difficult to get a double bed room. All by all I can say that the Hyatt is a good hotel, but not to stay in and relax.”

• Great service and staff.
• Room had some strong odor. It was a handicapped room.

“Overall, our stay was wonderful with a helpful staff and no complaints. Our room was handicapped accessible and very accommodating however it did have some strong smell.”

• Cleanliness and convenience. The bed was very comfortable.
• The breakfast should be replenished more frequently and they should always leave fresh coffee for their guests.

• The rooms were clean, modern, and very big.
• The "double" beds were WAY too small- pull out couch was bigger.

“We loved this hotel. It is the 2nd Hyatt Place we have stayed at. We will definitely be back. I do caution, however, that the "double" beds are not true doubles. They are very small. My husband and I were very uncomfortable on them. We actually slept on the pull-out sofa bed our 2nd night there.”
