• The suite was clean and well decorated. The facilities were well maintained. The staff was friendly and prompt. I would stay here again and again.

“The suite was clean, well decorated and the facilities were well maintained. It was centrally located to all our activities. Nearby shopping was a plus, including a mini-market located on the site. It was quiet and relaxing. I was very pleased and would stay here again.”

• Great location.
• Worn, many things in need of repair, badly needs remodeling.

“The location was great and in a quiet setting, the rooms were spacious enough, however the rooms were in need of repair and remodeling. We stayed on the ground level unit and could hear the guests upstairs walking around and slamming doors.”

• Location was good and the staff was friendly and the pool was in great shape.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and the pool was clean and usable. The rooms were run down and not in very good shape. The doors to the stairwell did not close.”

• Right next door to Sea world. Location was great.
• Public spaces were lacking in design and comfort level.

“Decent Hotel Room. Room was clean. Walk to room was a bit desolate and creepy but not unsafe. Would definitely stay there again because the location was perfect.”

• Quiet Location, nice room layout.
• Could be cleaner, pool too hot to be refreshing.

“For the money, it was not a bad deal. The rooms weren't as clean as they could be. Cleaning staff didn't speak English. We had to call to get clean towels and trash emptied on more than one occasion. After we were all unpacked, we found our AC didn't work and had to move everything to another room. The pool temperature was too warm to be refreshing when it was hot out and there were too few lounge chairs and some in need of repair. Next time I would probably look for another place to stay even though this could have been a good review if they would have treated us better!”

• The hotel had adequate space for the family and the kitchen was well equipped.
• Getting service from the front desk when called not well.

“This indium complex is very nice, has nice swimming pool area and located in nice area. The 1 bedroom condo unit we used had a king size bed and extra king size bed that opened from the couch. Great views, Not as fancy as the upscale hotels, but nice and comfortable. My only gripe was that when we asked things from the front desk, we never got action or cooperation and had to act on our own. Especially when our lost luggage was dropped off there and they never called or delivered to us. We had to go get large luggage on foot and our unit was 2 blocks down the road from the front desk.”

• Two bedrooms with kitchen, close to the convention center, moderate price.
• Daily maid service was only towels.

“Good place for the price. A little older building but clean and a good value. Restaurant staff was great as was the food.”

• Close proximity to where I was going.
• Thin walls, noisy, rowdy.

“Late night loud neighbors, unable to sleep. Security did not do a thing; person on desk lied about sending security. I was watching and waiting. Free breakfast, what a letdown. 3 donuts out I took one and two more were put out. The one I got tasted more that a few days old. Excessively priced for what I received. Manager was not available during check out.”

• Large suites, quiet. Easy access to Sea World.
• Bathroom needed remodeling.

“Quiet, clean suite. Large bedrooms and sitting room. Small kitchen, but fully equipped. Free breakfast nothing fancy-donuts, cereal, bagels, etc. Next to Sea World and Discovery Cove-can be there in less than 5 minutes. Bathroom needed renovation.”
