• Great rooms.
• Video & game room were not great.

“Overall the place was very good, clean, very nice rooms and not to far from historic St Augustine. The only down side was most of the places on the property were out of business.”

“This was indium, not a hotel. The condo was attractive and clean.”

• Location.
• Rm. Smaller than described. Broken windows. Dingy furniture.

“This was described as a hotel instead it was a time share. No maid service unless you played extra. No towel service unless you played extra. No restaurant available close by for breakfast. This had to be the smallest room in the complex with no view at all.”

• The kitchenette was fully stocked.

• Location and a lot of space in the rooms.
• Third time in a row we found a great deal of hair in the bathroom area in our stays there.

“We love the location, the comfort and space in the rooms. We are upset that for the third time in a row our room has not seemed very clean, especially around the bathroom. For our second stay in a row the air conditioner has broken down. We had to be moved for one night into a room that was very smoky and had an unflushed toilet in it, then moved back into original room the next morning when air was repaired. Room then had a strong rotten egg smell, but we were told by management nothing could be done on refund.”
