• Location is very nice, free internet, Cheap price.
• Room is not clean, Bad smell, blanket is really bad, toilet is inconvenient.

“It is a good hotel if you thought about how much you pay and where will you live. Location is amazing.”

• Very little.
• Cleanliness was marginal, breakfast bar declined.

“Our family has stayed at this hotel for 13 years. What a marked decline in cleanliness, room was lacking in many areas: clogged sink, dirty bathroom, old bedding, uncomfortable pillows, etc. The wonderful continental breakfast that was once available, was now wanting. This is not in room with high speed internet. After 13 years-we will never stay at this hotel again!”

• The hotel was convenient to all the attractions and eating places.
• My room was not ready on time, the room was not cleaned in a timely fashion.

“For the price the hotel was o.k. However, I would not stay at this hotel the next time around because my room was not ready until 7:30 pm when check in was at 3pm and all of this was due to the horrible cleaning crew. On Monday, there was a new lady on our floor. She came in a timely fashion and was friendly but the others in the crew were not professional at all.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Only 2 hotel staff walk in on us uninvited.

“From the minute we checked in everything was bad. First we were told the swimming pool, tiki bar, hot-tub and all the other amenities were not available due to renovations. When we arrived in our room the odor was terrible, very musty smelling and made breathing that night almost impossible. As for cleanliness I would give the room may be a 2 out of 10. The small sleeper sofa had large stains all over it and my son would not sit on it let alone sleep on it. The bathroom shower had mold in areas of the tub, floor and ceiling. And the most disturbing thing, we had two hotel staff members walk into our room completely unannounced and uninvited to check different things. Glad one of us weren't getting dressed when they decided to just walk in! Overall, this was a very bad experience and one I won't soon forget.”

• Front desk staff polite and efficient.
• Returned to our room at 4 p.m. and housekeeping had not cleaned yet, came at 4:10 and stepped in without knocking.

“Excellent value for the price. Centralized location with easy excess to all area attractions. Hotel staff incredibly helpful. Only concern is the security. Do not leave anything of value in your car (especially visible) due to thieves who prey on unsuspecting vacationers. We have stayed 3x without incident but this last time a family's van was broken into, only souvenirs were taken. I would still continue staying here when in the area, just make sure to park in a lit area closer to the front of the hotel.”

• Drink accommodation by pool.

“I wasn't expecting much, I walked around the hotel, very nice, and when I checked in I felt secure and safe in the location. The room was very clean, the only exception was the tub was a bit dirty by the drain. Went swimming, and to make things 10 times better there was a bar by the poolside. I guess the only complaint was the 20 oz bottle of soda was 1.50 ha-ha, everything else was rated at about a 8.5.”

• Too many negative. It was dirty and overall Nasty appearance.

• It was good.
• There was a slight foul odor as you enter the room, smelt like animals were there. The elevator needs to be renovated.

“It was ok for the amount of money I spent. It was worth it. Just needs to have a fresher cleaner smell. I think there needs to be more security presence; the entire time I was there I didnt see a security officer. At times I didnt feel safe, because of how far my room was from the parking area. It is a dark area from the parking lot to the elevator.”

• This hotel had a great pool and breakfast.
• All the bed covering had holes and worn spots.

“The rooms were clean, the grounds were clean and the staff was very friendly. The bedspreads and linens were worn out and holy, but they were clean and the rooms smelled very fresh and clean. The breakfast buffet had a surprising variety of foods which exceeded my expectation of a typical free continental breakfast. The pool and other public spaces were very nice and clean, and well maintained. All in all this was an excellent choice for family with children and the location is great!”

• I loved the fact that we were able to take our pets.
• The continental breakfast wasn't good.

“I loved having my pets at this hotel. It is close to Disney World and many good restaurants. The pool, bar and music were great. I was not impressed with the continental breakfast. Many items were constantly out or not cold. Also, the coke machines in the hotel constantly took our money.”

• I liked the setting and location.

“This hotel is very conveniently located 1/2 way between Disney and Universal. It is right off International drive so you have a world of restaurants, shops and other attractions at your disposal. It has a nice little bar, several pools, nice continental breakfast, etc.”

• The hotel is convenient to a lot of Florida attractions.
• The cleaning staff did not put any trash liners in the trash cans.

“The room smelled heavily of smoke (we are non smokers) The bed sheets smelled of smoke. Blanket was not soft. Shower drain was clogged.”

• Front desk staff was not very welcoming. Overpriced.

“I actually had to call the hotel from inside its own lobby in order to get service at the front desk. It was a cold night and the heat didn't work. There was old food left in the refrigerator. Staff was very unfriendly. Rooms are overpriced.”
