• People are friendly.
• Had insects in the room.

“The hotel crew is friendly, but the room needs a renovation, had lots of insects, and the furniture is very old. As being handicap room didn't meet the needs of a disable person, the bathtub is very hard to access for handicap person.”

• No hot tub/Jacuzzi.

“Free hot breakfast bar, free Wi-Fi and computers available for use in their business center. Refrigerator and microwave included in room. The air conditioning unit seemed a bit loud in our room though, and it cycled on and off frequently during the night. Great location off I-Drive.”

• First room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner.

“This is a motel, not a hotel. It is an old building with poor air conditioning. The TV remote control did not work. The staff provided satisfactory assistance. The breakfast buffet is not good.”

• I loved everything!
• I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel.

“This is a great hotel I didn't have any problems at all. Great location, great service most of the people that work there don't speak English but you still understand what they are saying and they understand you as well. I would stay there again without a question.”

• Had free breakfast, allowed to use pool past closing time, friendly staff.
• Beds and linens are very old, dirty and run down.

“For the price per night I got this hotel it was very good. The free breakfast was nice.”

• The breakfast was excellent.
• I would say the TV channels.

“I enjoyed the hotel. Great location. It wasn't near the crowd, the highway wasn't to distracting from my room. The breakfast was very fulfilling. Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

• I was very pleased with the quality. The continental breakfast also exceeded my expectations.
• I did not like waking up to the sound of the interstate.

• Most staff did not speak or understand English.

“Good location to shops, entertainment, and fantastic restaurants. Nice amenities - clean. Staff friendly and polite, but other than the counter clerk most do not speak or understand English.”

• Motel style. Rooms opened to the parking lot.

“I rate this hotel as "ok". I would not request it in the future unless it was a choice of last resort. Seems to be more of a 1 star motel.”

• The space in the lobby.
• There were no micro wave but they had a fridge.

“Every thing was nice but there was not one micro wave to warm our food up in. We had dinner and we could not warm our food up at all. Food went bad.”

• Hotel staff was friendly and went above their duties. Exceptional staff.
• Nothing. Good experience.

“Our experience at the hotel was great. The staff was exceptional and the location was great. The room was very clean and quiet. We would definitely staff again (and we will in just a few months. I read a few reviews and I am not sure why someone would write a negative review of the hotel, our experience was positive and we look forward to our return stay.”
