• I felt as though I was staying in a condo with full facilities.
• No restaurant on site.

• Beautiful hotel, wonderful location! Easy access to all the major attractions. Would recommend it to any family.
• Poor communication within hotel staff. Couldn't seem to get their act together. Seemed way under-staffed.

“Absolutely beautiful. Would return in a second. The location was great for all the major attractions. The rooms were appointed perfectly. The pools just lovely. Seemed understaffed- but not a big problem- never in the hotel much.”

• Beautiful setting, great for longer stays.
• Staff didn't seem to go out of the way, not all were honest or else were missing informed.

• Super comfy, well decorated, many extras a++++.
• Checking out.

• Very beautiful resort.
• They did not pressure us, but they wanted us to attend a 90 minute meeting. We did not.

“Very nice resort. The staff was very helpful. The room was perfect and very private. Very rich atmosphere. They were making renovations with the restaurant; however you could order room service. I would attend again.”

• Enjoyable and spacious environment with friendly faces.
• Trying to be sold on time share, and pushed when told not interested.

“The hotel was very delightful and relaxing to the point where you did not want or have to leave the vicinity. However the sales associate who worked on trying to sell us a time share was not very pleasant and did put a damper on the first morning there. Other than that one experience all was wonderful. Thank You!”

• The rooms were big and comfortable
• Rooms not very clean, and had to wait for room at a 6:30pm check-in.

“This hotel is very nice; however, I felt there was not urge of emergency for guests, specially when you have to wait for a room at 6:30 pm to check-in, and also I called about the room being not cleaned, actually the floor was sticky and nobody came.”
