• Size of room.

“Traveling with 2 adults and 5 children, the room was plenty big and having 2 bathroom was great. Another thing is it is a very short distance from Seaworld.”

• Vicinity to business meeting.
• Interstate 4 runs right next to it and there is traffic noise at all hours.

“This is a huge hotel. Complementary breakfast was good, but it serves several hundred people in the morning. Be prepared to hunt and wait for a seat to eat in a very loud, large eating area.”

• Room was attractive, beds were comfortable, was able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.
• They did not tell us that we needed to reserve a spot on the bus to Sea World.

“A clean, attractive and comfortable hotel close to Sea World. My family of two adults and two older children were all easily accommodated in one room. The children slept on a sofa bed and a cot we obtained from the hotel staff.”

• Nice breakfast, decent pool and playground for kids.
• Dirty disgusting sofa bed mattress.

“Overall a nice hotel with good parking, nice breakfast included with room, nice pool and patio bar area. Filthy stained sofa bed mattress was a big disappointment and was not remedied during 3 night stay. Staff ignored problem. Elevators are slow and at opposite ends of hotel - if in middle like we plan to do lots of walking. Hotel is close to Seaworld and Aquatic.”

• Pool area was clean and neat, breakfast buffet was convenient, fridge and microwave were great.
• Sales people in lobby.

“This hotel was very convenient for US near the airport, near Seaworld (one of our destinations.) Had a small kitchen, which is great for quick snacks. Pool area had a bar and pizza/snack bar. Pool was heated and clean.”

• It was a great location to the SeaWorld Park.
• The food was terrible.

“Although this hotel was convenient, we were there 2 nights and both times a fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the procedure and needs to be better equipped to handle an emergency.”

• The hotel was very clean, friendly staff very well located.
• I can't think of anything.

“The hotel has a great location, close to mayor highways, parks and business district. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.”

• Very informal about directions and very courteous.

“The hotel was great. The only "down" note was the fact that I wasn't informed that the hotel placed a hold on my account (in addition to it's charge) which was held for at least 3 days. Thank goodness I wasn't depending on those funds for my vacation or fuel to get back. Loll. Otherwise everything was a perfect "10". Thanks! We had a great time and will use it again.”

• Convenience of full kitchen, the pool was very kid friendly, the I-trolley was the bomb and so easy to use.
• The arcade could use a little more "small" children games.

“This was a great value and a great vacation. I got to check in 3 hours early, which was fantastic. The front desk was wonderful and told us how to use the I-trolley and it was fantastic. The location, the service, the convenience of having your own kitchen, the pool, the Breakfast, fabulous.”

• I liked the fact that I got a luxury experience for an economical price.
• I can think of nothing.

“Very nice rooms, and the staff was very accommodating. I had picked a rather small room for my family, and when we saw it we knew we wouldn't be comfortable. The staff got us a bigger room right away and the price of the upgrade was totally reasonable.”

• This hotel was well worth the money.
• Nothing I didn't like.

“I spent $130 my first night in town at the Wyndamm inn on international drive. It was nice, but didn't even come close to this hotel. The rooms were spacious and felt brand new. And for the price, which included a complimentary breakfast that saved me $50, it was fantastic. The pool was beautiful as well. The only downside is being 5 minutes from international, rather than right on it, but to me it's worth it.”

• Man on 6th floor with binoculars looking down onto pool or playground.

• Very nice hotel, great staff.
• The worst location for working downtown Orlando.

“This hotel is perfect for tourists visiting Orlando or people attending functions at the Convention Center. For business people like myself, working downtown Orlando, it is not convenient and located at least 30 minutes (with traffic) from the downtown area.”

• Didn't care for the fire alarm test at 8:30am

“I have stayed all over the world and this is one of the nicest hotels around. It was very clean, Staff was always available and nice, Pizza Hut onsite was great and rooms were good sized. I have to give kudo's to the night shift at the front desk. She made our stay when of the best experiences in a long time.

I will recommend this hotel to any family looking for a great deal!!!!”

• Residence Inn On Universal Blvd. was awesome.
• I had requested Int'l Blvd & was sent to RI Sea World

“The front desk clerk at RI Sea World was able to transfer us to Universal Blvd which was closer to the convention site. We gladly paid the difference of $9 per night extra for much better accommodations. We are interested in another Marriott studio for the Memorial Weekend - with a Jacuzzi and king bed for under $100 per night.”
