• The room was very well clean, the price was acceptable and they provided breakfast.
• The walkway outside was a big mess.

“Well overall everything was okay but they didn't have any restaurant just like I mentioned before about the walkway was looking very nice, and the area was okay.”

• The pool was incredible and we had a blast in it.
• Breakfast was chaotic and not enough seating. Coffee ran out alot.

• The lobby area where the breakfast was held was too small for the number of people.

• The room was great and the pool /spa area was great! I really enjoyed the close proximity to Sea World.

• Great service, big, clean room, nice breakfast, nice tiki/pool area.

“Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant both during check in and check out. Large comfortable room for a family of four. Pool/tiki bar was great setting for relaxing after a day of Pop Warner football.”

• Size of breakfast area was small for the number of guests staying at hotel.

• The location, price, environment, nice king room and pool area. Front desk girls were wonderful!

“My husband and I love staying at this hotel. It is close to everywhere in Orlando & all the attractions! All the staff is wonderful! The pool and Tiki bar area are wonderful.”

• Overall the hotel had sufficient ammenities for the travling family.
• The buffet breakfast area needed more room.

“The hotel was in a great location to all the orando theme parks, the staff was professional and helpful. the only things I would change is there was not enough sit down room in the breakfast buffett area, we had to skip it and grab a bite to eat at mcdonalds prior to the parks. other than that the hotel served us well.”

• Big rooms, microwave, fridge, nice pool area with hot tub and tiki bar. Great place!
• Trams to Universal were not convenient. Need more options.

• I liked the bar by the pool. Nice set up.
• Cock roaches, flooded bathroom, unfriendly customer service, rude, nasty, place to stay at.

“Was put in a hotel room with cock roaches, reeked of suffer and had a flooded bathroom with brown liquid coming from the ceiling and running down the walls. Contaminated water ran from the ceiling to the floor all over the bathroom. The C.S.R. was rude to us and made us stay in the toxic, suffer smelling, flooded, roach infested room. He lied and said, "They would move us at 7AM to a different room and did not." On the 2nd day, they put us in a 2nd room around 1:30 PM. I took pictures of the toxic bathroom. Walls-brown water running down it, floor-flooded water at least a 1/2" high, ceiling-brown water dripping from it, and pics of the whole bathroom. The janitor claimed the water was from the room above and that someone left the water running. On the 1st night after requesting a new room, they only sent the janitor to clean up the mess. The next day, when I awaken, the bathroom was filled again with water. Filthy liars! This time I have taken pictures to let the corporate office and inspectors, etc. know of what kind of service the Comfort Inn makes their customers endure.”

“The staff was nice and friendly. We found all the necessities in the bathroom. We were glad that we had clothes iron. The only thing is we didn't have refrigerator. We had a pleasant stay.”

• I liked the pool and tikki bar. I also like the size of the room with a separate sofa area.

• Only thing I liked was the friendly staff.
• Too much noise!

“It's not a place I'd recommend to anyone. The noise factor from the poolside area is terrible. A king size bedroom should not be right outside the pool and where smoking area is. It stunk! We asked to be moved; no other kings available; was put in room with 2 queen beds; right in front of poolside; way too noisy but too ticked off to again request different room.”
