• Refurbished rooms are very nice.
• First morning, no water. The morning of checkout, workmen were tearing up the carpeting in the hallway outside my room, the dust and noise were bad.

“I have stayed here before and the rooms are usually very nice but the new renovations make them very comfortable. The beds and linens are comfy. The staff are friendly enough but sometimes just not real helpful.”

• The staff was very nice and helpful.
• I didn't have a water fall view.

“Me, my family and other relatives stayed there for mother's day and the mother's day banquet. Everything was great. We had a great time there. In one of the rooms there was malfunction with one of the door locks and the facilities person was at the room in about 2 minutes after placing the call. For the event we were there for it was the right hotel.”

• Clean room and courteous staff.
• Unattended Children in the Pool, Dogs barking and kids yelling obscenities late at night.

“Overall the Hotel is in a great location and is neat and clean. The pool had no attendant and many young children were out of control. They stuck us next to an elevator which was running up and down and noisy at all hours of the night. Younger adults or older kids were running up and down the halls and yelling Mother F which woke me from a sound sleep at 2:30 in the morning. Heard a dog barking several times from 12:00 to 1am in the morning. Hotel was also under renovation at the time of our stay but it caused no problems.”

• Great location w/lots in surrounding area to do; relaxing ambiance.
• A/C was set high upon arrival; room was too hot.

“Convenient to lots of attractions in area within a short drive and a few within walking distance. The hotel ambiance as it overlooks the Cuyahoga Falls is very relaxing. Hotel is extremely clean and the beds are quite comfortable.”

• Quiet location off main road. Very clean and well kept up.
• Some of the staff was aloof.

“Scenic location in a quiet area. The food was very good and shows imagination in use of ingredients The rooms were large and well furnished. The bedroom was nicely appointed. The shower heads were out of date. The rest of the bathroom was pleasing to the eye. In all a very pleasant stay.”

• The view was spectacular of the Cuyahoga falls.
• The desk did not ask if we wanted smoking or non smoking rooms and we are allergic to cigarette smoke.

“The overall stay at Sheridan Suites in Cuyahoga Falls was a wonderful time for memories and comfort. I hope to return often.”

• Grreat hotel, I have stayed there previously only on special occasions.
